Originally from Long Island, New York, Noah moved to the Raleigh area shortly before attending high school. He attended Averett University in Danville, Virginia, as a collegiate athlete. Noah played on the Averett Cougars’ baseball team for four years while earning his bachelor’s in psychology. 

Following his undergraduate studies, Noah pursued his passion for healthcare by attending Methodist University’s Physician Assistant Program in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated with a master’s in Medical Science. 

Noah worked at PDG Medical in Cary, North Carolina, as a physician assistant and business administrator, before joining the Select Family Practice team. Lauren Williams, PA-C, is an exceptional physician assistant at Select Family Practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. She helps new and returning patients in and around Raleigh achieve their wellness and personal health goals. 

Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Her degree speaks to her personal passion, as she earned a bachelor's in exercise and sports science. Lauren even worked as an exercise specialist for eight years before pursuing her graduate education. 

Seeing the exceptional benefit exercise has on a person's wellbeing, Lauren attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to contribute to this movement and complete her physician assistant training. Susan Horlick, MHS, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Select Family Practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Susan has over 27 years of experience in urgent care and family medicine and uses her extensive knowledge to provide expert opinions and care to her patients. She forms close relationships with her patients to give them attentive, personalized care at every appointment.

In 1986, Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in clinical nutrition at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. Sallie Corse, PA-C is a Triangle area native. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. She then went on to complete a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. In 2016, she began her career in emergency medicine where she learned to effectively care for patients of all ages and treat various patient concerns. In addition to working in the ER, she also has experience in surgical oncology as well as weight loss medicine. However, after realizing her passion for building a lasting connection with patients, she chose to redirect her career to primary care where she can have a deep-rooted impact on a patient's health. She loves being an advocate for her patient's and working with them to reach their goals as well as live a healthy lifestyle. Sallie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and is actively involved in her church. When not working, Sallie enjoys being outdoors, training for her next triathlon, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.

Mr. Reza Hatefi, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced physician’s assistant who is fluent in Spanish and Farsi and has been serving patients in and around Raleigh, North Carolina, since 2000.
