Michael J Willcox, MD, was born in Oregon and was raised nearby in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology before completing his doctorate at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a Transitional Year Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and Family Medicine Residency at Martin Army Community Hospital on Fort Benning, Georgia. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been a practicing physician since 2018.
He served as an Army flight surgeon with the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade and deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. He has extensive experience caring for service members, veterans, and their families in the field, outpatient clinics, ERs, hospital wards, and ICUs.
Dr. Willcox focused his medical practice on geriatrics because he enjoys patients' desire to develop a trusting relationship and greater continuity of care compared to other age groups. He enjoys working with patients to find treatments that best align with their personal goals and optimize their quality of life, particularly when care can be simplified or reduced to achieve better outcomes.
Dr. Willcox, his wife, and three active children love spending time with their numerous family members in the Valley of the Sun. They love the outdoors, water sports, running, and skiing.
Siomara Hercules is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of nursing experience in orthopedic trauma, palliative care, and colorectal surgery. Her diverse clinical background has shaped her into a well-rounded provider who approaches patient care with empathy, attention to detail, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique health journey.
Siomara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University. She chose to specialize in urology because of her passion for helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered—especially when navigating personal and often sensitive health concerns.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Siomara is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patients.
Outside of work, Siomara is a proud mom of three and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her kids' sports games or exploring new restaurants around town. She brings the same energy, warmth, and curiosity to her personal life as she does to every patient encounter.
Michael Brady, DO, is a family medicine and primary care physician. He serves patients in Surprise and El Mirage, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Surprise – Dysart Rd clinic.
Dr. Brady started his medical career in the United States Navy, where he served as an independent duty diving medical technician. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as an orthopedic technician before attending medical school.
Dr. Brady attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a family medicine residency at Abrazo Central Campus (formerly Phoenix Baptist Hospital) in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Brady began working for HealthyU Clinics in 2022. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and likes to incorporate osteopathic principles in the treatment of his patients, including manual manipulation when appropriate.
When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Brady enjoys traveling with his wife, riding bicycles and motorcycles, and working on his vehicles.

She received her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and has primarily worked as a school-based counselor in Phoenix, utilizing individual, group, and family approaches. Now with HealthyU Clinics, she’s excited to drive positive patient outcomes in an integrated care setting. Hailing from Bakersfield, California, Emma moved to Arizona with her family to get her Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. Since graduation, she’s worked as a client care coordinator, a case manager, and a clinician in a variety of settings providing high-quality services to drive positive change for her patients. In her free time, Emma enjoys playing with her pets and hanging out with friends and family.

Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic.
Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist.
Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen.
During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.
Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
Nicholas Werth, PA-C, is a physician assistant. He serves patients in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Phoenix – 31st Ave. clinic and the Glendale – West Olive Ave. clinic.
Nicholas was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as an undergraduate, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physiology in 2015. He then completed his physician assistant training at Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2021. After graduating, Nicholas moved to Phoenix and joined HealthyU Clinics in early 2022.
Nicholas enjoys taking the time to provide education to his patients. He believes in employing shared decision-making with patients to ensure compliance with the treatment plan and to maintain patient autonomy. He is also passionate about mental health and enjoys working closely with the behavioral health management staff to help meet the needs of his patients.
When he’s not seeing patients, Nicholas can find him spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, playing golf, watching sports, working on his car, cooking, or trying new restaurants.

My name is Lily Limon, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have had the privilege of practicing nursing for over 25 years. I have worked in almost every capacity that nursing offers and have settled into the final season of my career as a medical health care provider. I feel that I can empower my clients with the knowledge to enhance their health and educate them to make lasting changes that will help, not only them but their families as well. I will dedicate this chapter of my life to make lasting changes and invest in my community. My diverse background has provided a positive impact and aided in my development of long lasting personal and professional relationships. On a personal note, I have a beautiful family, have been happily married for over 28 years to a wonderful man and we have 4 children and 1 grandchild, a grand dog 7 cat. We also have 2 large dogs- German Shepard & a Lab. I enjoy reading, hiking, serving @ church, volunteering at local events/shelters and helping others.
Dr. Roehrs received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1971 and completed a pulmonary fellowship at the University of Texas San Antonio in 1978. Dr. Roehrs brings over 50 years of patient experience to Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Roehrs provides pulmonary and sleep medicine specialty care in a virtual outpatient clinical setting to patients of Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine.
In addition to his experience, Dr. Roehrs serves as the director of sleep medicine research at the Phoenix VA and spends much of his professional time practicing sleep medicine and teaching pulmonary fellows. He is board certified in sleep medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine.
SethGoodman, DO is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon specializing in comprehensive skin care for patients of all ages at Goodman Dermatology and Mohs Surgery in Sun City, Arizona.
He is passionate about skin cancer prevention, early detection, and advanced treatment through Mohs surgery, as well as other modern and cutting edge modalities. He also provides expert care for a wide range of general dermatologic conditions.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Goodman believes in taking time with each individual to provide thorough, personalized care. Whether you're dealing with acne, eczema, rashes, or skin cancer concerns, he ensures every patient receives the focused attention they deserve.
Dr. Goodman earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Brigham Young University and completed medical school at Des Moines University. He went on to complete a medical internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in California and specialized dermatology training at the Aspen Dermatology Residency Program through Western University. He has been proudly serving the Phoenix area since 2019 and is fluent in Spanish.
Originally from Tucson and raised in Southern California, Dr. Goodman now lives in Arizona with his wife and four sons. Outside of the office, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, golfing, racquet sports, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
