Michael Brady, DO, is a family medicine and primary care physician. He serves patients in Surprise and El Mirage, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Surprise – Dysart Rd clinic. 

Dr. Brady started his medical career in the United States Navy, where he served as an independent duty diving medical technician. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as an orthopedic technician before attending medical school. 

Dr. Brady attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a family medicine residency at Abrazo Central Campus (formerly Phoenix Baptist Hospital) in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Dr. Brady began working for HealthyU Clinics in 2022. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and likes to incorporate osteopathic principles in the treatment of his patients, including manual manipulation when appropriate.

When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Brady enjoys traveling with his wife, riding bicycles and motorcycles, and working on his vehicles. 

Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist. 

Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen. 

During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.

Dr. Roehrs received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1971 and completed a pulmonary fellowship at the University of Texas San Antonio in 1978. Dr. Roehrs brings over 50 years of patient experience to Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Roehrs provides pulmonary and sleep medicine specialty care in a virtual outpatient clinical setting to patients of Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. In addition to his experience, Dr. Roehrs serves as the director of sleep medicine research at the Phoenix VA and spends much of his professional time practicing sleep medicine and teaching pulmonary fellows. Daniel Talamo, DO, is a primary care physician. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Avondale, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Talamo began his professional career with Adelante Healthcare in Goodyear, Arizona, where he worked for two years. In 2021, he joined Amwell Medical Group and then in 2022, he joined HealthyU Clinics at their first clinic in Avondale, Arizona.

Before working as an osteopathic medical doctor, Dr. Talamo attended Binghamton University in New York, receiving his bachelor's degree in cell and molecular biology. After graduating, Dr. Talamo graduated from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, and completed his family medicine residency at Houston Medical Center in Georgia in 2019.

In his free time, Dr. Talamo enjoys exercising and working out. After work, you can find him boxing/kickboxing. On the weekends, you can find him hiking or preparing for his next half marathon. Dr. Farago is a family medicine trained, board certified physician. His experience includes general family medicine as well as addiction and non-interventional pain medicine. He has expertise using both buprenorphine and methadone for the treatment of chronic opioid dependency. He is licensed in the both the USA as well as Canada to practice medicine. His DEA exemption allows him to prescribe Suboxone in the US for substance abuse. He is a licensed MRO for urine drug screening and is currently consulted for opioid management.

Carla is an enthusiastic Board Certified Physician Assistant who works closely with Dr. Bashir. Carla is an Arizona native and completed her undergraduate education, locally, at the University of Arizona, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. She then earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She developed a strong interest in cardiology during PA school and is enthusiastic about learning all there is in cardiac care.
