Pam Schillar, a highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) relocated to Cave
Creek, AZ from Sandpoint, ID, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to
providing exceptional anesthesia care.
Pam grew up on a wheat farm in Ritzville, WA, a small community in Eastern Washington. She earned
her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Eastern Washington University in May 1981 and began her career
as an RN at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA, initially working on a surgical floor. Pam later
transitioned to the Cardio-thoracic ICU, where she specialized in recovering heart and lung patients.
During this time, she had the opportunity to work closely with CRNAs who specialized in heart and lung
anesthesia, sparking her interest in furthering her education in this field.
In January 1991, Pam joined the United States Air Force as a commissioned officer. After two years in
the Medical ICU, she was accepted into the USAF CRNA program. The Air Force sent Pam to the
University of Texas Health Science Center, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a
focus on anesthesia in 1996. Pam has been board certified since October 1996, and over the years, she
has gained extensive experience providing anesthesia services to patients of all ages in a variety of
settings.
For the past 19 years, Pam worked at Bonner General Hospital, a critical access hospital in Sandpoint, ID,
where she provided anesthesia care in a busy surgical services department. Pam enjoyed serving a tight-
knit community, caring for multiple generations of families. However, after years of long winters, Pam
decided to relocate to the Valley, a place she has always loved.
Pam is excited about the opportunities for both personal and professional growth in Arizona. In her free
time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, and taking in the breathtaking desert landscapes and sunsets. She also
enjoys the vibrant culture of the area, from local sports teams and spring training to excellent
restaurants and art and music festivals.

Nicholas Werth, PA-C, is a physician assistant. He serves patients in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Phoenix – 31st Ave. clinic and the Glendale – West Olive Ave. clinic.
Nicholas was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as an undergraduate, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physiology in 2015. He then completed his physician assistant training at Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2021. After graduating, Nicholas moved to Phoenix and joined HealthyU Clinics in early 2022.
Nicholas enjoys taking the time to provide education to his patients. Dr. Garcia attended medical school at The University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated in 1996. She then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to start a residency at St. Joseph's Hospital, where she completed two years of OB/GYN training. She then transferred to the Department of Family Medicine, graduating in 2000.
Dr. Garcia was in private practice in the Maryvale community of Phoenix from 2000-2016, then joined Abrazo Medical Group from 2016-2022. Umesh Narayanan, M.D. is a native of Tampa, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a Bachelor of Sciences at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida (Go Gators!). He completed his medical school at Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of North Dakota in Minot, North Dakota. He then went on and completed a Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Arizona Geriatrics program here in Sun City, Arizona. He loved the area so much and has found permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Seokhan Kyle Song D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician who believes great care starts with listening. Michael J Willcox, MD, was born in Oregon and was raised nearby in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology before completing his doctorate at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a Transitional Year Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and Family Medicine Residency at Martin Army Community Hospital on Fort Benning, Georgia. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been a practicing physician since 2018.
He served as an Army flight surgeon with the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade and deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. He has extensive experience caring for service members, veterans, and their families in the field, outpatient clinics, ERs, hospital wards, and ICUs.
Dr. Willcox focused his medical practice on geriatrics because he enjoys patients' desire to develop a trusting relationship and greater continuity of care compared to other age groups.
