Morgan Broadway, DNP, FNP-C, is a primary care provider who was born and raised in Littleton, and it’s been her lifelong dream to serve the members of her community.

Dr. Broadway has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. She attended nursing school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, then worked in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit (ICU) before earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

Since then, Dr. Broadway has expanded her knowledge by working in various primary care, geriatric medicine, hospice care, urgent care, hormone replacement, and medical aesthetics settings. At Broadway Family Practice, she has created a space that’s entirely different from the impersonal world of corporate health care.

Outside of the clinic, Morgan enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, staying active, skiing, and taking advantage of Colorado's beautiful outdoors. After losing her husband, Cade, to complications of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) in 2025, she became a passionate advocate for concussion and CTE awareness, supporting education and research efforts. These experiences have further deepened her commitment to compassionate, whole-person care and helping patients and families navigate both health and life's challenges.

Julie Goldberg, FNP, BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner seeing patients at Broadway Family Practice in Littleton, Colorado. Her mission is to provide comprehensive primary care services that help patients in the Denver metropolitan area look and feel their very best. 

Julie completed her undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 2018. Then, in 2020, she enrolled at William Paterson University, located in Wayne, New Jersey, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023. 

Prior to her tenure at Broadway Family Practice, Julie accrued valuable experience working at Planned Parenthood as an advanced practice nurse and in a high-risk antepartum unit as a registered nurse. Consequently, Julie's special areas of interest include women's health, gynecology, high-risk pregnancies, and postpartum care.

Dr. Rebecca Nickell is an Osteopathic Physician who graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. She learned to love Colorado while completing her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. She enjoys treating the whole person, using a whole body rather than a disease focused approach to health and wellness. Her interests include general family medicine, well women care, osteopathic manipulation, mental health, and assisting with weight loss. She loves taking care of whole families from young children to their grandparents. Dr Nickell grew up all over the South. After hearing about how her grandfather, a small-town family practice physician, really took care of his whole community, she knew it was her dream as well. When not practicing medicine, she loves spending time with her three daughters and extended family. She loves reading, live theater, sewing, and designing costumes for the whole family.

Lawrence Scott Wilner, DO, is board certified in family medicine. He is proud to serve patients at Summit Health and Pain in Denver, Colorado. 

Dr. Wilner loves medicine. Although he has been practicing medicine for more than 25 years, he still attacks each day with the interest and vigor of a freshly graduated physician. He loves his work and his interactions with his patients. 

He feels strongly that decision-making in medicine should be shared by the patient with the doctor and all choices should be adequately explained and reviewed. Dr. Wilner strives to make each visit a memorable experience and ensure each patient feels that all of their complaints have not only been heard but also addressed with a detailed plan agreed upon by all parties. 

Dr. Wilner graduated from medical school in 1991. He has actively practiced medicine since that time, spending most of it in the family practice area, but also has broad exposure to urgent care medicine, emergency medicine, and sports medicine. He has worked extensively with one of the professional teams in Denver and has been the team physician for Ponderosa High School since 1994. He was elected into the Ponderosa High School Hall of Fame recently for his volunteer service over the last quarter of a century.

Dr. Wilner likes to exercise in his free time and play a fair round of golf. He is married and has two amazing boys. 

David Bubis, MD, CAQSM, FAAFP is a board-certified family practice and sports medicine physician at Lost Creek Medical in Denver, Colorado. Morgan Busse earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington in 2011. She spent eight years as an inpatient obstetric nurse at a high-acuity urban hospital in Seattle, where she developed a strong foundation in women’s health and patient-centered care. Driven by her passion for forming lasting partnerships with patients, Morgan returned to the University of Washington to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2020, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). In 2025, she became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), a nationally recognized credential in perimenopause and menopause care. Morgan is the founder of Bespoke Health and Wellness, where she provides personalized, evidence-based care with a focus on midlife health and overall wellness. “Being a nurse practitioner is an absolute privilege. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Daniel Witten, MD, FACP is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Ninth Avenue Internal Medicine in Denver, with over 23 years of professional experience. Dr. Witten graduated cum laude from Vilnius University Medical School and completed his internal medicine internship at the State University of New York and internal medicine and primary care residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver. He practiced at Rose Medical Center and founded the Ninth Avenue Internal Medicine Practice in 2003.

I was working in an orthopedic practice, but as I got deeper into regenerative orthopedics, I discovered I wanted to focus on this area of expertise. During COVID, we reevaluated our future. My wife said, "If we're making a change, I want to move to Colorado. I had connected with Dr. Timothy Mizzola of Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics, and after nearly a year of discussions, my wife and I made the move. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Mizzola to establish Breakthrough’s Centennial, CO location and after a little over a year we came to the agreement for me to buy out this location of the practice and we re-opened as Revitalize in November 2024.”

Dr. O’Donnell is originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, and completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Dr. O’Donnell served in the United States Air Force and was named 6th Medical Group Physician of the Year. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Toledo Hospital in Ohio to further his orthopedic expertise.

Dr. O’Donnell then spent 12 years in Flagstaff, Arizona, specializing in minimally invasive and cutting-edge non-operative treatments. While in Flagstaff, he cared for national and international Olympic Athletes training at high altitudes.  Dr. O’Donnell was previously an adjunct professor at A. T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. Dr. Kevin O’Donnell also enjoys staying active. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys both participating in and watching a wide variety of sports. Dr. O’Donnell resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Meghan, and three energetic boys, Cole, Ryan, and Jack.

Timothy Taylor, DO, CAQSM, is a dual-board-certified physician in family medicine and sports medicine, helping patients restore movement, relieve pain, and return to the activities they love. Timothy Mazzola, MD, is triple board-certified in family medicine, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He practices as a non-operative orthopedic and regenerative medicine specialist at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics in Boulder, Colorado. His enduring professional passion is to bring restoration, healing, and hope to those looking to return to the life they love and be the people they are called to be.  

Dr. Mazzola formerly worked as a non-operative orthopedic specialist at Cornerstone Orthopedics for eight years and was a United States Air Force Academy team physician. 

Passionate about teaching, Dr. Mazzola is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder, teaching family medicine residents. He is a national expert and highly sought-after physician educator who has taught musculoskeletal and sports ultrasound for many years at the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute and Advanced US courses at the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine National Conferences.

As a leader in the field, he recently co-authored a chapter on using ultrasound-guided techniques in regenerative medicine procedures in one of the first textbooks on regenerative orthopedics, titled "Regenerative Treatments in Sports and Orthopedic Medicine," edited by Drs. Malanga and Ibrahim. 

Apart from his passion for bringing restoration and healing to those God sends his way, he is blessed to have recently celebrated 25 years of marriage to his heroic and amazingly compassionate bride. They have been blessed with two amazing sons, each gifted with strength, kindness, brilliance, and leadership.
