Brendan Farnand, PA, is a skilled and bright Physician Assistant specializing in Adult Primary Care at Tru Medical Management with two practice locations in the Navy Hill and Williamsburg neighborhoods of Brooklyn, New York. Compassionate and caring yet challenging, Anthony Freire, MA, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, founded the Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling & Clinical Supervision in New York City and works as a licensed psychotherapist and clinical director and supervisor.

Raina Weyrauch, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner at Tru Medical Management in New York, with offices in the Navy Hill and Williamsburg neighborhoods of Brooklyn. There, Dr. Weyrauch provides personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages. 

Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dr. Weyrauch brings over four years of clinical experience to her role and specializes in chronic care management, HIV prevention and treatment—including PrEP—and joint health. She is certified in joint injection therapy and is currently pursuing certification to perform DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. Robert Mmereole, MD, is a board-certified family practitioner offering comprehensive medical care at his practice, Mmereole Health, in West New York, New Jersey. T. Cristina Sardinha, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified surgeon on the team at Progressive Surgical Care, an exceptional surgery practice with locations in Manhasset Hills in New Hyde Park and the Lindenwood area in Howard Beach, New York.
