Deanna is a South Florida native, born and raised in Miami. She graduated from the University of Miami with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002, and received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013, from Florida Atlantic University. Deanna was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society, FAU chapter, in 2013, and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and women's health, with 11 years of experience, working at the bedside as a registered nurse, and 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. This does not include her time volunteering in hospitals and nursing homes throughout high school, and working as a nurse’s aid throughout college. Deanna has also volunteered overseas with non-governmental organizations while in grad school, to provide primary care in rural villages of Guatemala. I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Natural sciences degree in 2005 and a Medical sciences M.B.B.S in 2010. Prior to embarking on a Family Medicine career, I served as a House Physician and Hospitalist in various hospital settings. I undertook a residency at Harlem Hospital, gaining experience in General Surgery and an Observership in General Surgery and Obstetric & Gynecology at the Northside Hospital Atlanta, Georgia.

Leon Poveda, MD, is a board-certified family physician at Grace Family Medicine Direct Primary Care of Wellington in Wellington, Florida. Martine Senatus, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family and psychiatric mental health practitioner at VIP Integrative Healthcare in West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

Dr. Senatus is the CEO of the multispecialty group, VIP Integrative Healthcare LLC, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Care and Primary Care.

Karina Croasdauile, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at MyDoc Women's Health Specialists. Karina provides all her patients with high-quality, compassionate care from two offices in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach, Florida.

Karina received her Master of Science Degree (MSN) in Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to receiving her MSN, Karina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in Nursing from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.

Fritz Pluviose, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor at Vie Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida. He focuses on the importance of caring for the mind, body, and soul using a patient-centered approach and listening to his patients’ concerns to help them determine their best treatment method.

Dr. Pluviose earned his medical degree at the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince. Shortly after, he completed a family practice residency at Port de Paix Hospital in Haiti. 

Relocating to the United States, Dr. Pluviose completed his internal medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center in Queens. There, he achieved board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).

With over 50 years in the medical field, his vast experience includes serving at Palmer State Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts, Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island, Eleanor Slater Hospital in Cranston, Rhode Island, and AC Medical Care in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Steven is a graduate Doctorate Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the ANCC in Family Medicine. He obtained his degree in Family and Emergency Medicine from Rutgers University School of Biomedical and Health Sciences where he graduated in the top of his class. He has worked extensively in wound care since 2008, as well as emergency room medicine, correctional emergency medicine, urgent care, pain management, and mobile intensive care. For over a decade he has been on the cutting edge of wound care medicine and has been healing patients utilizing current evidence-based medicine as the driving force of his practice, from sharp excisional debridement to advanced biologics and everything in between.

Steven specializes in all types of wounds including traumas, pressure injuries, vascular ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds, and has treated patients in their homes, hospitals, and in skilled nursing facilities over the years in multiple states. He has also collaborated, consulted, and trained the staff for many home health care companies and skilled nursing facilities to improve the wound care they provide to their patients. Steven has now joined Dr. Eugnio Rodriguez MDPA / Wound Care Associates in October of 2022 to bring his extensive wound care experience and expertise to South Eastern Florida.

Eugenio Rodriguez, MD, is an experienced wound care specialist practicing at Wound Care Associates, located in Delray Beach, Florida. Relying on his years of experience and keen medical expertise, Dr. Rodriguez provides comprehensive care for trauma, burns, and a myriad of other severe injuries. 

Dr. Rodriguez completed his undergraduate education at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biology/pre-med. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico in 1986, again graduating magna cum laude. 

After graduating, Dr. Rodriguez completed his postgraduate training at the San Juan Veteran Affairs Medical Center and the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. Soon after, he relocated to Florida, where he completed a clinical and research fellowship in trauma at Tampa General Hospital under Alexander Rosemurgy, MD. 

Today, Dr. Rodriguez is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Wound Medicine and Surgery. He is also an integral part of the trauma and surgical team at Delray Medical Center, which is one of four Level 1 trauma centers in the South Florida area. As part of this team, Dr. Rodriguez has the opportunity to care for some of South Florida's most critical patients.

Using the most advanced technology in the operating room when working with trauma victims, Dr. Rodriguez can find effective solutions for patients with chronic wounds that typically stay open or take several years to close in an outpatient setting.
