Umesh Narayanan, M.D. is a native of Tampa, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a Bachelor of Sciences at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida (Go Gators!). He completed his medical school at Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of North Dakota in Minot, North Dakota. He then went on and completed a Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Arizona Geriatrics program here in Sun City, Arizona. He loved the area so much and has found permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona. Michael J Willcox, MD, was born in Oregon and was raised nearby in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology before completing his doctorate at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a Transitional Year Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and Family Medicine Residency at Martin Army Community Hospital on Fort Benning, Georgia. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been a practicing physician since 2018.

He served as an Army flight surgeon with the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade and deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. He has extensive experience caring for service members, veterans, and their families in the field, outpatient clinics, ERs, hospital wards, and ICUs.

Dr. Willcox focused his medical practice on geriatrics because he enjoys patients' desire to develop a trusting relationship and greater continuity of care compared to other age groups. Dr. Brady started his medical career in the United States Navy, where he served as an independent duty diving medical technician. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as an orthopedic technician before attending medical school. 

Dr. Brady attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a family medicine residency at Abrazo Central Campus (formerly Phoenix Baptist Hospital) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Locnikar is a board-certified physician who has dedicated the last 10 years of his medical practice to Addiction Medicine. Dr. Locnikar's career began as an ear, nose, and throat surgeon. He later specialized in facial plastic surgery, where he practiced for over 10 years. During that time, he developed a substance addiction that ultimately consumed his personal and professional life. Daniel Talamo, DO, is a primary care physician. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Avondale, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Talamo began his professional career with Adelante Healthcare in Goodyear, Arizona, where he worked for two years. In 2021, he joined Amwell Medical Group and then in 2022, he joined HealthyU Clinics at their first clinic in Avondale, Arizona.

Before working as an osteopathic medical doctor, Dr. Talamo attended Binghamton University in New York, receiving his bachelor's degree in cell and molecular biology. After graduating, Dr. Talamo graduated from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, and completed his family medicine residency at Houston Medical Center in Georgia in 2019.

Erin is an experienced social worker and mental health professional with extensive experience in both private practice and group practice settings. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University in 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience spanning school social work, substance abuse, and art therapy. Erin is passionate about the beach and spending time with her family, and when she’s not working, you can find her hiking, gardening, making crafts, and watching sports.

Pankaj Chopra, MD, is a primary care physician at Primary Care Walk-In Medical Clinic in Gilbert and Fountain Hills, Arizona. Dr. Chopra is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in geriatrics, acute care, and travel medicine. 

Dr. Chopra received his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India, and completed his residency at the University of Missouri Department of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri.
