Courtney has excitedly followed a path of science and healthcare for many years. She now holds her DNP and is a board-certified FNP. She first completed her BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Adams State University in 2017. She continued on directly into nursing school where she graduated from Brookline College with her BS in Nursing 13 months later. Working in the ICU, Courtney decided to continue to grow her foundational nursing knowledge and expertise and continued on to receive her Doctorate and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2023.

She practiced as a Physician (MD) in Bulgaria Hospital Emergency Department and then moved to Arizona in for a better future. She then stepped into nursing and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Arizona in 2017, and completed Post Masters Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in family practice from Northern Arizona University in 2021. Dominique is a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants. She has her master’s degree in physician assistant studies (MPAS) from Northern Arizona University (NAU), a master's degree in psychology from the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC), and a bachelor of science in kinesiology from Arizona State University (ASU). She has lived in Arizona for over 20 years and has worked in various healthcare settings since 2011. Most of her clinical experience before becoming a PA has predominantly been in emergency medicine and pediatrics. She is eager to learn and dedicated to helping patients by providing excellent patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

I am Haley Mejias, a board-certified Physician Assistant through the NCCPA. I grew up in Palatine, Illinois. I come from a family of medical providers, my father is a dentist and my mother is a nurse.
I completed my undergraduate schooling at University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Biology. I then went on to obtain my Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. I moved to Arizona in 2018 after completing her masters degree with her then fiancée to escape the cold and snow.
I have been practicing in Family medicine since 2018. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and helping with preventative health and treating chronic conditions. Outside of work I enjoy reading and walking my beloved dog with my husband and baby boy.

Jessica is certified as a gender-care provider and HIV Specialist. She began her career in the ER where she was confronted with how systemic failures result in folks falling through the cracks, especially folks from the LGBTQ+ community. Learning from and being moved by many close family, friends, and patients of lived experience, she is often quoted as saying, “I knew if I could be doing something, I absolutely should be.” During her graduate studies, she coordinated meetings with the Dean, Assistant Dean, and a dear friend of lived experience to transform the Women’s Health course into Gender Health to ensure gender-affirming healthcare was incorporated into the graduate and undergraduate nursing curriculum at IUSB. Since graduating in 2016, she continued the bold work of bettering healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community in family practices in Indiana and California.
