I am a board-certified Nurse practitioner with years of experience in family medicine that began as a registered nurse and nurse supervisor in a rehabilitation hospital. I hold a ADN from Calhoun Community College Tanner, AL and a BSN from Chamberlain University. I also graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. As a committed primary Care provider with great analytical skills, I provide patient centered care across the life span from initial patient assessment, patient wellness visits, pre and post cosmetic surgical clearance through annual physicals to Compensation and Pension (C & P) Veteran Affairs disability evaluation. Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience.
