Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board-certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. He also served as a medical director for ten years, overseeing several physicians and participating in committees focused on quality care and patient safety.

Dedicated to sharing his knowledge with future physicians, Dr. Mallick was also an associate professor and precepted medical students from Des Moines Medical University during their clinical rotations.

Dr. Mallick spends his free time outdoors. He enjoys staying active through hiking, carpentry, and tennis.

Tara grew up in Norman, OK moving to Texas to attend Baylor University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, she worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Medical City Children's Hospital. Tara earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington where she was an MSN Academic Scholar. Tara is completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Duke University in 2017 graduating at the top of her class. She lives near White Rock Lake with her family. Tara is bilingual and enjoys seeing patients across the lifespan. She feels that preventive care is vital in the reduction of chronic illnesses. Tara, also, has more than 16 years experience in aesthetics. She performs cosmetic injections including Botox and dermal fillers.

Bari Oderinde, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has a diverse clinical background spanning several years. From working as a Trauma Nurse to working in Skilled Nursing Units, visiting various Assisted Living Facilities to help prevent and reduce elderly hospitalizations. She has practiced in healthcare since 2007.. She has honed the skills in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions, conducting comprehensive health assessments, and promoting preventative care. She also has had a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration with patients and their family members, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey with Geriatric Medicine. Her dedication to providing quality care is complemented by excellent communication skills, which foster a strong patient-provider relationship built on trust and respect. Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Eva Hinojosa, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Eva’s interest in helping the community and passion for overall skin care is what drove her to pursue a field in dermatology; her interest was further motivated during her clinical rotations. Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Eva specialized in Internal Medicine in Mcallen, Texas. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care and enjoys staying up to date with new techniques and products out in the market. She prioritizes the importance of patient education and preventative medicine.

Eva received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Eva is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Eva enjoys exercising, spending time with her loved ones, and traveling.

Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.

She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends

I completed my residency at Howard University in Washington, DC and Mount Sinai in Chicago, Illinois. After residency, I began practicing family medicine at Health Partners in Minnesota, where I remained for over 12 years. During my time at Health Partners, I fostered meaningful relationships with patients and their families. I enjoyed the interactions and more importantly, learned from them. In Texas, I plan to continue the same practices. Throughout my career, I have received numerous honors and awards including being nominated for the Minnesota Family Physician of the year award in 2008 and 2009. I was also featured as a guest physician on the “Doc Hollywood” TV show series, hosted by HealthPartners from 2013-2014. We educated viewers on diverse medical conditions which they selected.

Dr. Suchitra Kamineni is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Medicine and practices in Frisco and Celina, Texas at North Dallas Primary Care Doctors.
