Neha Maheshwari, MD is a board-certified family physician at Primary Care Walk-In Medical Clinic located in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Dr. Maheshwari has more than 15 years of experience specializing in pediatrics, women’s health, and primary care. 

Dr. Maheshwari earned her medical degree in 2003 from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India, and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Missouri Department of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration healthcare management. 

Dr. Maheshwari is passionate about education and is an avid instructor, training and mentoring students at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri, and at the University of Phoenix in Tempe, Arizona.

I then began private practice in Scottsdale where I have been since. I am currently Board Certified in Family Practice, Clinical Lipidology, and as a Certified Principal Investigator. I am a Fellow of the National Lipid Association, and the Association of Physicians in Clinical Research. I have a true passion for medicine, with my private practice, teaching medical students, lecturing in the cardiovascular arena, and running a clinical research site. I also have more than 12 publications in the cardiovascular arena. I have served as Chairman of Family Practice at Honor Health Osborn and Tempe St. Lukes. I enjoy high intensity exercise, reading and spending time with my children.

Dr. Farago is a family medicine trained, board certified physician. His experience includes general family medicine as well as addiction and non-interventional pain medicine. He has expertise using both buprenorphine and methadone for the treatment of chronic opioid dependency. He is licensed in the both the USA as well as Canada to practice medicine. His DEA exemption allows him to prescribe Suboxone in the US for substance abuse. He is a licensed MRO for urine drug screening and is currently consulted for opioid management.

Dr. Roehrs received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1971 and completed a pulmonary fellowship at the University of Texas San Antonio in 1978. Dr. Roehrs brings over 50 years of patient experience to Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Roehrs provides pulmonary and sleep medicine specialty care in a virtual outpatient clinical setting to patients of Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. In addition to his experience, Dr. Roehrs serves as the director of sleep medicine research at the Phoenix VA and spends much of his professional time practicing sleep medicine and teaching pulmonary fellows. Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist. 

Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen. 

During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.  

Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.

 

Nicholas Werth, PA-C, is a physician assistant. He serves patients in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Phoenix – 31st Ave. clinic and the Glendale – West Olive Ave. clinic.

Nicholas was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as an undergraduate, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physiology in 2015. He then completed his physician assistant training at Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2021. After graduating, Nicholas moved to Phoenix and joined HealthyU Clinics in early 2022. 

Nicholas enjoys taking the time to provide education to his patients. He believes in employing shared decision-making with patients to ensure compliance with the treatment plan and to maintain patient autonomy. He is also passionate about mental health and enjoys working closely with the behavioral health management staff to help meet the needs of his patients. 

When he’s not seeing patients, Nicholas can find him spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, playing golf, watching sports, working on his car, cooking, or trying new restaurants.

Erin is an experienced social worker and mental health professional with extensive experience in both private practice and group practice settings. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University in 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience spanning school social work, substance abuse, and art therapy. Erin is passionate about the beach and spending time with her family, and when she’s not working, you can find her hiking, gardening, making crafts, and watching sports.

Pankaj Chopra, MD, is a primary care physician at Primary Care Walk-In Medical Clinic in Gilbert and Fountain Hills, Arizona. Dr. Chopra is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in geriatrics, acute care, and travel medicine.
