Lowell Phipps, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. God led me to be a practicing physician. I was born in Southern CA, and moved to Texas when I started high school. I have been here ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, participating in my church and watching/playing any kind of sport. I have 6 children. I live where I work. I like to be involved with the community where my patients reside and I am interested in community affairs.

A physician with over 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, Dr. Cauthen has also studied healthcare policy and management at Berkley and worked in research at the University of California, San Francisco and in Washington DC. He has served as a Lt. Commander in the US Public Health Service Corps and worked with the Indian Health Service in Alaska serving the Inuit population. Dr. Cauthen worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where he was responsible for disease surveillance and outbreak investigations at the national and state level. He was stationed for two years in Puerto Rico, and worked closely with the Puerto Rico Secretary of Health on numerous health policy issues. As State Epidemiologist for Oklahoma, Dr. Cauthen contributed to the development of bioterrorism response within the state and helped develop partnerships for an early warning disease surveillance system in the state. He now serves as medical director and continues his research.

As the Chief Medical Officer of Integrative Pain Institute Dr. Verma develops comprehensive programs and medical protocols to address and treat the inflammation and injuries that cause pain. Dr. Verma’s expertise and training allows Integrative Pain Institute to offer effective treatments for spine, joint, muscle, tendon, and nerve conditions suffered by men and women of Dallas. By creating safe protocols and teaching the clinical team Dr. Verma instils values of integrity, professionalism, excellence, and commitment to the practice so that patients reach their optimal health. 

As a Pain Management and Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. Verma utilizes various imaging studies, astute physical examinations, and ultrasound guided procedures to accurately diagnose and treat pain and injuries. Using telemedicine, Dr. Verma’s focus is to provide comprehensive care to patients in order to identify and manage the root cause of pain. This includes a combination of medications, injections, and physical therapy that is provided in a team environment alongside Chiropractors, Spine Surgeons, Interventional Pain Specialists, and Primary Care Physicians. 

In 2019 Dr. Verma attended a Harvard Medical School accredited CME Course "Sports Medicine 2019”. The program agenda was to provide State-of-the-Art Approaches to Optimize the Diagnosis, Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Prevention of Sports Injuries. Dr. Verma also participated in a limited availability workshop to update his knowledge of Ultrasound and the most recent advances in Regenerative Medicine guided by leading experts from Harvard Medical School as well as from the following Boston’s professional sports teams: Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, New England Revolution and New England Patriots. Dr. Verma looks forward to better serving the community of patients with active lifestyles, weekend warriors, and elite athletes and being at the forefront of Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Verma has also been teaching medicine to young physicians for most of his career as he is also Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine for McMaster University. Carmon was born in Arlington, Texas but has lived in Ardmore, Oklahoma since 1987. Ardmore is where she began her nursing career over 30 years ago and has served our community in emergency medicine, urgent care, and specializing in weight-loss management and hormone replacement therapy for men and women for the past 7 years. Carmon obtained her LPN at North Central Texas College in 1989 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 1992 from Rose State. Carmon then completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University before obtaining a Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in 2015. She lives in Ardmore with her husband Dale where they share 6 children and 3 grandchildren currently. Carmon has a passion for helping men and women achieve their individual health goals. Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen is a native of Dallas and grew up assisting her father Dr. Thanh Nguyen at the Prima Health Clinic. She attended the University of Dallas in Irving and graduated with Bachelor’s degree as Cum Laude in Biology. She then went to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Nguyen then returned to Dallas for her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Nguyen then joined her husband, Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen, and father at the Prima Health Clinic in 1996.  She is devoted to early detection and determining the root cause of illnesses through functional testing. She also provides lifestyle and nutritional therapy. She is currently undergoing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine.

When not practicing medicine and caring for patients, Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen spends time with her three daughters.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen is a highly regarded internist, with a specialization in Sleep Medicine, practicing in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. He and his wife Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen treat their patients from the warm and comfortable Prima Health Clinic in Garland, TX.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Dallas at Irving where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He then went to the UT San Antonio Medical School and completed his internship in Internal Medicine. Dr. Nguyen transferred to the UTMB to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. He then joined the Prima Health Clinic in 1993. Dr. Nguyen is also board certified in Sleep Medicine, which he obtained in 2010.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen spends his spare time with the three daughters he has with his wife and is an avid runner. He has even run in marathons and a few triathlons.
