Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. He has since become a member of the American Medical Association and is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Mannam commits himself to provide personalized medical care to his community. He speaks several languages fluently: English, Spanish, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Dr. Mannam takes his time with each patient, never rushing anyone, and answering questions thoroughly.

Thomas S. Ziering, MD, is a compassionate family practitioner serving patients in Morristown, New Jersey. Having practiced traditional family medicine for more than 30 years, Dr. Ziering has an exceptional career and the unique privilege and perspective of treating ALL patients and families regardless of gender identity, sexual identity, or medical issue. He has delivered more than 150 newborns in his career and many of the children he has cared for now bring their children and families to him.

Dr. Ziering graduated from Rutgers University Medical School in Newark and completed his residency at RWJ University Somerset Medical Center in 1990 where he was honored as the Top Resident Educator. Notably, he was part of the initial clinical trials as a clinical researcher for HIV illness during the HIV crisis in 1992. He is now one of the only private practices to treat and teach PrEP, PEP, and HIV care, as well as hormone therapy for men, women, and trans patients.

Sharing his wealth of knowledge and dedicated to education, Dr. Ziering lectures nationally and statewide and has been integral in teaching physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical students, residents, physicians, and faculty at many of New Jersey’s various programs. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Cristina Sardinha, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified surgeon on the team at Progressive Surgical Care, an exceptional surgery practice with locations in Manhasset Hills in New Hyde Park and the Lindenwood area in Howard Beach, New York. She specializes in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Dr. Sardinha was born, raised, educated, and trained in Brazil. She earned her medical degree from Bahian School of Medicine and Public Health and completed residencies in general and trauma surgery at the University of Sao Paulo, including working under the leadership of internationally renowned colorectal surgeon Dr. Angelita Habr-Gama.
