Nicola Pemberton, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the medical director of The Birth Center of New Jersey in West Union, New Jersey. A recognized leader in women’s health, Dr. Pemberton is passionate about helping women experience safe, empowering, and minimally invasive births.

Featured in The New York Times and a Netflix documentary about childbirth, Dr. Pemberton is celebrated for her compassionate approach and tireless service—especially during the pandemic, when she safely delivered hundreds of babies and became a local hero to many.

She specializes in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Dr. Sardinha was born, raised, educated, and trained in Brazil. She earned her medical degree from Bahian School of Medicine and Public Health and completed residencies in general and trauma surgery at the University of Sao Paulo, including working under the leadership of internationally renowned colorectal surgeon Dr. Angelita Habr-Gama.

Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With two office locations in Robbinsville (Mercer county) and Neptune (Monmouth), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.  

Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home. 

Dr. Redlich also trained under one of the non-operative sports medicine field’s founders at Rutgers/Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Sports Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stephen Rice, in addition to leaders in the Sports Medicine & Regenerative Medicine and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound fields – Dr. Brian Shiple and Dr. Robert Monaco.  

Education has always been of importance to Dr. Redlich. General family medicine physician Joseph R Raccuglia, MD, provides exemplary care to the residents of Freehold Township, New Jersey. He graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia in May of 1993 and completed his Family Practice residency at the Mountainside Family Practice Residency Program in Montclair, New Jersey in June of 1996. A Brooklyn native, he completed his undergraduate degree at CUNY, Brooklyn College.

Before opening his Wemrock Professional Mall office in July 2004, Dr. Raccuglia practiced with the Freehold Medical Group, from July 1996 through June 2004. Subsequently, he moved the practice to its current site at the Freehold Office Plaza in 2007.
