Dr. Chaltry is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine since 2001. He graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1994. Medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he was a Chief Resident in 2001. Dr Chaltry was a traditional Internal Medicine physician in South Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee before joining Statcare Medical Group as a hospitalist in 2010. Dr. Wong is a hospitalist internal medicine physician that is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine (ABOIM). He was raised in Texas where he obtained his bachelors of science in Microbiology at The University of Texas at Austin. He later went on to obtain his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston- School of Public Health. He graduated from medical school with with the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency from Bluefield Regional Medical Center where he served as chief resident for 2 years.
