As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Nicole believes that families and relationships are essential contexts for understanding behavior, as well as powerful mechanisms of change. Having loved her previous experience working with adolescents at higher levels of care, Nicole was excited to join the Bright Path team. She believes that teens deserve a program specific to them, where the adults involved honor and support their developing autonomy.
