Melissa enjoys working with teens and adults navigating ADHD and trauma, as well as those who are ready to explore their authentic selves and begin a journey of healing and personal growth. She has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, and OCD. Her background also includes work in a crisis residential treatment program, where she provided care to individuals experiencing homelessness or reentering the community after incarceration.
For the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and groups as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
