I am humbled to serve others with dignity, respect, and honor. I have enjoyed working with families for thirty-five years, twelve of which have been as a Marriage and Family therapist. As a therapist it has allowed me the ability to show up in the therapy room with not only life experiences but therapy tool knowledge such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative and Solution Focused strategies for each client to experience change and knowing it is possible with hard work and support. My hobbies include cooking, singing, enjoying nature, and putting puzzles together. My dog assistant, Spunky, is very important to me as well.
