Silpa Senchani, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, with locations in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Longwood, and Orlando, Florida. Dr. Senchani specializes in many common women’s health issues, including gynecological cancer, perimenopause and menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and menstrual disorders. She also has expertise in family planning and the gynecological needs of adolescent girls.
While earning her bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery at the prestigious Kurnool Medical School in Kurnool, India, Dr. Senchani was awarded six gold medals and selected as a best outgoing medical student in the program. After working at Coombe Women’s Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, Dr. Senchani relocated to the United States to complete her OB/GYN residency at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in New York. Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.

Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.
Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident.
Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. Meet Sarah Cordero
Sarah Cordero is a nurse practitioner that recently joined Lake Mary Gynecology in December of 2023. Her nursing profession began in 2015 when she earned her RN license. Sarah has worked in specialties that include cardiology, step down, and cardiac interventional units to name a few. In May 2021, she graduated from the University of South Florida with a master’s in science of nursing.
Sarah is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioner’s in family health. She focuses on providing holistic care that includes not only gynecological needs but encourages her patients to achieve health and wellness through nutrition and exercise. Sarah is a loving mother of one. Her interests include traveling, roller skating, dancing, and weightlifting.
Sarah enjoys participating in volunteer activities that include serving others. For example, in 2022, she went on a medical mission trip to Guatemala to care for patients in an impoverished village. Sarah is ecstatic to be a part of this practice and ready to provide professional and compassionate care.

Kathy Y. Jones MD, FPMRS, FACOG, is the founder of Orlando Urogynecology, a private practice dedicated to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, better known as Urogynecology. Dr. Jones was the first female urogynecologist in the Central Florida area. She has devoted her Orlando, Florida, practice to providing advanced treatment to women who suffer from urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr. Jones uses the latest technology and techniques to help diagnose and treat all issues that affect female health. She offers the da Vinci® method to perform minimally invasive hysterectomies, and she’s equipped with the lastest therapies to help with vaginal health restoration.
