Sheila D. Pongnon, MD, is a seasoned board-certified OB/GYN specializing in women’s health and the unique needs of women at Westchester Women’s Medical Healthcare in Mount Vernon and Spring Valley, New York.

Dr. Pongnon completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry from New York University before receiving her medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. She finished her OB/GYN training at the New York Medical College Westchester Medical Center.

Juana Cuevas, MD, FACOG, is a compassionate OB/GYN that has practiced obstetrics and gynecology in New York City since 2007. She currently provides exceptional care to her patients at the Andrus office of Symphony Medical in Yonkers, New York. 

Dr. Cuevas received her medical education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (formerly part of Yeshiva University) and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Nikole Ostrov, MD, provides comprehensive gynecology services at Symphony Medical’s Andrus location in Yonkers, New York. 

Dr. Ostrov has a special interest in treating women who are experiencing pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and sexual disorders. She also helps patients explore their options for contraception to prevent unintended pregnancies.

Janusz Rudnicki, MD, is an experienced OB/GYN, providing high-quality, individualized services for women at Symphony Medical’s Andrus location in Yonkers, New York.

Dr. Rudnicki specializes in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, with a special interest in pregnancy, post-menopausal health, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

After earning his medical degree at Medical University of Lodz in Lodz, Poland, Dr. Rudnicki went on to complete two residencies in obstetrics and gynecology.

Sagar Patel, MD, OBGYN has obstetrics and gynecology in his genes. Born and raised in New Jersey as the son of a well-respected OBGYN, Dr. Patel now offers board-certified obstetric and gynecological services to all women in Monmouth County and surrounding areas at his private practice in Holmdel, New Jersey.

A true Jersey boy, Dr. Patel completed his entire medical training at some of the Garden State's most distinguished academic institutions. After graduating with distinction from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science, Dr. Patel finished his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

He remained at Robert Wood Johnson to complete his residency, where he was honored all four years with the prestigious Best Teacher Award and named Chief Resident in 2008.

Paul Matta, DO, brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role as the medical director and CEO at Advanced Perinatal Associates in Manalapan and Little Silver, New Jersey. 

Dr. Matta and his experienced team offer personalized experiences for patients who visit for preconception counseling, pregnancy-related complications, and prenatal diagnosis. Dr. Matta earned his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. He went on to complete his medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York.

Dr. Manish Gopal brings extensive expertise to treating women with pelvic floor disorders at the Center for Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, with locations in Somerset and Freehold, New Jersey.

The opportunity to make a dramatic impact on a woman’s quality of life inspired him to pursue urogynecology. Dr. Gopal’s training covers all forms of medical and surgical treatment for women with pelvic floor disorders.

Dr. Gopal graduated from the MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. Dr. Gopal recently finished an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, a premier women’s health program.

He has received funding from the National Institutes of Health for the investigation of geriatric epidemiology and completed a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques, and the AAGL, formerly the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, has recognized him for surgical excellence.

His research and writings have been featured in a number of peer-reviewed journals and textbooks; he also has presented at national and international scientific meetings, such as the American Urogynecologic Society and the International Continence Society.

Loved by his patients, Dr. Gopal was named a top doctor in New Jersey Monthly magazine in both 2016 and 2017. In 2012, Dr. Gopal was named director of Gynecological Robotic Surgery at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
