Kylie Soffe, MD, is a passionate Doctor of Medicine at South Valley Women's Health Care in Bluffdale, Utah. Dr. Soffe takes great pride in providing care to Bluffdale, Salt Lake Valley residents and surrounding areas. She treats each patient with dignity and aims to create a comfortable, compassionate, and relaxed environment for each patient.

Dr. Soffe grew up in several Rocky Mountain states, but Utah has been her home for most of her life. She has also been fortunate to complete her education and training here in Utah.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo. She also graduated Alpha Omega Alpha with her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she also completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.

Dr. Soffe enjoys being in the mountains during all seasons, especially with her husband and three children. She loves to explore the outdoors both locally and abroad by hiking, biking, or kayaking. At home, she enjoys HIIT and cooking without recipes. She is fluent in Spanish.

Frances Bechek, MD, FACOG, is a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). Dr. Bechek sees patients at South Valley Women's Health Care in Bluffdale, Utah. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centric, and individualized care to all her patients.

Originally from Northern Michigan, Dr. Bechek received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan (UMich) in Ann Arbor and her Medical Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. She completed her residency training at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Dr. Bechek and her family moved to Utah in 2014 and absolutely love it here. She is excited to work with the talented team of health care professionals at South Valley Women’s Health Care alongside OB/GYN providers who have served the Salt Lake Valley and Utah for over 30 years.

When she isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Bechek also enjoys spending her time hanging out with her husband and chasing her three wild kids. They seek out many adventures, including whitewater rafting, hiking, and camping. She is also an avid skier and the mountains are her happy place., She enjoys riding her road and bike in the summer.

Anna Melicher, MD, OB/GYN, hails from Fargo, North Dakota, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from North Dakota State University (NDSU) before earning her medical degree from University of North Dakota (UNDSMHS) in Grand Forks, North Dakota. 

Dr. Melicher moved to Utah amidst the covid-19 pandemic to complete residency training at the University of Utah. She was accompanied by her husband, two horses and two dogs, and has since added three rabbits to the household. During her residency she was trained on the da Vinci robot (The da Vinci Surgical System), a form of robotic surgery. She is passionate about utilizing both her surgical gynecology and obstetric skills in order to improve the lives of her patients. 

She loves helping patients and working with the team at South Valley Women’s Health Care. In her free time, she is an avid climber, horseback rider, hiker, and enjoys exploring all of what the great state of Utah has to offer. At home she enjoys gardening, workouts, and spending time with her pets, who are mostly rescues.

Emily Blake, MD, is a bright and practiced Doctor of Medicine at South Valley Women’s Health Care in Bluffdale, Utah. She provides outstanding care to all patients.

Dr. Blake is a native of Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) in Marion, Indiana, and her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Indiana University School of Medicine (IU School of Medicine). 

She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis before moving to Utah to practice with South Valley Women’s Health Care.

Dr. Blake is trained in the da Vinci robot (The da Vinci Surgical System), a form of robotic surgery, and is passionate about enabling surgical care to get patients back to what matters. She likes keeping up to date with skills, literature, and new technology in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She also speaks Spanish.

In her free time, Dr. Blake enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and skiing. After all that activity, she relishes eating delicious meals, whether trying out new restaurants or making the meals herself. She and her husband love exploring Utah, and they recently welcomed their first baby into their family.

Kathleen Langer, MD, FACOG, is a Board-Certified Doctor of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Langer sees patients at South Valley Women's Health Care in Bluffdale, Utah, an OB/GYN practice serving the Salt Lake Valley for over 30 years.

She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha in 1995. She also received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, where she graduated Cum Laude in 1991.

Dr. Langer has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology at South Valley Women’s Health Care since she completed her residency at the University of Utah in 1999. Her practice interests include Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility. She is at a point in her practice where she is delivering babies for women whom she also delivered, which is both rewarding and a little daunting.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Langer has enjoyed living in Salt Lake City for over half of her life. Her supportive extended family, for the most part, all live in Utah, making holidays and teenagers much more manageable.

She loves spending time with her husband, two sons, dog, and the rest of her family, biking, skiing, hiking, and exploring new places in Utah and across the country. She also enjoys attending RSL soccer games and concerts at Red Butte Garden with friends.

Dr. Bryant J. Brown is a dedicated physician who has practiced as a gynecologist at Old Farm Obstetrics & Gynecology in Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently, he is limiting his practice to only gynecologic care, although he truly does miss delivering babies. He provides timely appointments in the clinic for both routine preventative exams as well as consultation for complex gynecologic problems. He has very broad and extensive surgical experience particularly related to minimally invasive surgery including procedures such as Robotic Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Diagnostic Laparoscopy, Operative Laparoscopy, Repairs for Pelvic Relaxation (Bladder, Rectum, etc.), Sling Procedures for Incontinence, Tubal Ligations, Endometrial Ablations and more.

Dr. Brown was born and raised in Draper Utah. He has lived all his life in the area except for a two-year church mission abroad in England, and his Ob/Gyn Internship year in California. Married to his wife Gina, they share eight children and at last count- 34 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys boating, riding his ATV, golfing, fishing, and spending time in warmer weather down in St. George. With children spread all over the country, he looks forward to the family time spent with everyone together.
