Joseph Pohl, MD, is a fellowship-trained pelvic surgeon at Women’s Healthcare Consultants of Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Dr. Pohl is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 30 years of experience addressing women’s health care needs. He takes the time to listen to each new and returning patient about their concerns before addressing them with a compassionate, holistic approach. 

Dr. Pohl earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry and business from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. For his medical education, he stayed in Richmond to attend the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Compassionate women’s health care specialist and board-certified OB/GYN, Lorenza Simmons, MD, dedicates his time and knowledge to helping women optimize wellness, boost confidence, and enhance their quality of life. At Prestige Healthcare OBGYN in Atlanta, Dr. Simmons works alongside his beloved wife, Charis Trench-Simmons, MD, and attentive staff members to provide high-caliber health care and aesthetic services for women in the surrounding communities.

Dr. Paccione comes to the Atlanta area from Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Castillo was born in Cartagena, Colombia, and was raised there and later in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Castillo’s medical journey began with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and a minor in chemistry from the University of Florida. Later, she received her medical degree in obstetrics and gynecology from Mercer University’s School of Medicine. She proudly serves patients at Innovative Women's HealthCare Solutions in Smyrna and Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice has grown to include The Fibroid and Reproductive Care Center, Innovative Diagnostics, Innovative Surgical Arts, and Innovative Concierge Services.

Dr. Miller-Thrasher was born and raised in Harlem and is one of seven brothers and sisters. She credits her mother, her grandmother, and the Lord for her perseverance, and her older brothers’ guidance in her decision to pursue medicine. She chose to pursue OB/GYN so she could have an early impact on young women’s health and a life-long impact on the children they bear.  

She studied at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, graduating with a major in biology and a minor in nutritional sciences before completing her residency training at New York University. Dr. Miller-Thrasher was competitively selected to receive advanced training in a one-year clinical fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery at the nationally-acclaimed and busiest cosmetic surgery practice in the country, Southern Surgical Arts. During her fellowship training, she focused specifically on all aspects of general cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures of the face, body, and breast. He attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences from 2003-2007 and then graduated in 2009 from the Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Cunningham is an Atlanta native.  She graduated from Duke University and received her medical degree from Wake Forest University.  In addition, Dr. Cunningham actively teaches the art of OB/GYN and menopause to medical students from Ross University, Washington University, and Columbus Central University.
