Nitasha Menon, MD, is a caring OB/GYN at North Atlanta Women's Specialists. She feels privileged to care for women during critical periods in their lives and sees patients at the Northside and Midtown offices in Atlanta and Johns Creek office in Duluth.
Dr. Menon was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (GO HEELS!), where she majored in psychology. She then spent a few years working in the area of property management and clinical research. She returned to UNC for medical school and earned her Master's of Public Health during this time. Dr. Menon completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at UNC.
Dr. Menon fell in love with obstetrics during medical school, and her interests include contraception, weight gain during pregnancy, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Menon is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Menon has a 3 year old son and a new daughter, both delivered at Northside by her partners! Her other baby is a 100-lb lapdog named Zeus. In her free time, she loves to work out, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
Jeffrey Marcus, MS, MD, joined North Atlanta Women's Specialists when it was formed in 1994. He is proud to provide a variety of obstetrics and gynecologic services to patients at the East Cobb office in Marietta and the Johns Creek office in Duluth, Georgia. His special interests include management of high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, contraception, and menopause care.
Originally from Rockville, Maryland, Dr. Marcus received his Bachelor of Science in physics from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He went on to earn a master's degree in biomedical engineering from The George Washington University (GW) in Washington, DC. He remained at GW for medical school and residency. After finishing his training, in which he was a chief resident and elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, he moved to Atlanta to begin working in private practice.
Dr. Marcus is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society for Family Planning. In addition, he is on the executive committee of the Atlanta Women’s Health Group and previously served as Chairman of Perinatal Services at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Marcus is the Chief Medical Officer of Femasys Inc., a start-up biotech company that designs and develops minimally invasive in-office devices for women's health. He is also on the advisory boards of The Rally Foundation and Camp Sea Gull/Seafarer. Dr. Marcus has been married for 31 years to his wife, Laura, and they have three children.
John Donnelly, MD, is a compassionate OB/GYN at North Atlanta Women's Specialists. He is dedicated to providing patients with quality care at the East Cobb office in Marietta, the Johns Creek office in Duluth, and the Midtown office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 1956, Dr. Donnelly was raised in Utah and Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, graduating summa cum laude and with the Dean's Award for highest undergraduate achievement in the College of Arts and Sciences in 1978. Dr. Donnelly earned his medical degree in 1982 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville in 1986. Afterward, he moved to Atlanta and has been a partner in the same private practice group of physicians ever since.
Dr. Donnelly's practice is currently focused on family-centered and high-risk obstetrics, well-woman care, and menopause management. He is board-certified and a member of the Medical Association of Georgia. His practice enjoys a reputation for welcoming a wide diversity of women in the community, and he highly values the relationships he has forged over his years in the profession. He continues to enjoy his work to this day.
Dr. Donnelly is married to Elizabeth Woods Donnelly, who has an independent educational consulting practice in Sandy Springs. Their two young adult children grew up in Atlanta and were both born at Northside Hospital. Together, the family enjoys traveling, especially to the great Northwest. Outside of medicine, Dr. Donnelly has interests in music, particularly opera, and literature. He has been a mentor for both youth and adult formation through Holy Innocents Episcopal Church for two decades.
As a mother, a wife, and a professional woman, Dr. Laquita Martinez understands the importance of maintaining a healthy quality of life. Undeniably, women are the driving force and the center of the family unit, and women’s health is crucial to the stability of that unit. The goal of Blossom Women’s Health Center in Alpharetta, Georgia, is to help patients achieve their full health potential as they blossom from puberty to menopause. Dr. Martinez is a graduate of Florida A&M University. She completed medical school at the University of Louisville school of medicine in Louisville, KY before moving to Georgia to be closer to family. She then underwent extensive training at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA while serving as Chief Resident for Morehouse School of Medicine OBGYN Residency Program. She has served the community of Atlanta as a board-certified OB/GYN for over a decade.

Board-certified Ob/Gyn Gretchen Troxler, MD, is passionate about women’s healthcare and enjoys taking care of patients of all ages. She provides care to women throughout Johns Creek, Georgia, at Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC.
In addition to providing well-woman care, Dr. Troxler treats a wide variety of gynecologic conditions, including menopausal symptoms, heavy or abnormal bleeding, and uterine fibroids. She also enjoys adolescent patients and builds long-lasting relationships as teens progress through young adulthood, focusing on abnormal or painful periods, contraception, and sexual health. Dr. Troxler is an Atlanta native who grew up in Gwinnett County and is a proud alumna of the Greater Atlanta Christian School. She completed her undergraduate education at Rice University in Houston, Texas. After college, she attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She then completed Ob/Gyn residency training in Phoenix, Arizona, where she cared for a large volume of medically complex patients.
A true southerner at heart, Dr. Troxler was excited to return to her family and friends in Atlanta in 2017 when she began practicing in the metro area. She is thrilled to join Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC, in 2021 to serve the women of Johns Creek and the surrounding community. When she is not working, Dr. Troxler loves to travel, cook for family and friends, and play with Daisy, her energetic Labradoodle.

Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Lindsay Killingsworth, MD, specializes in the unique needs of women from their teen years and beyond. At Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC in Johns Creek, Georgia, Dr. Killingsworth offers both diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of women’s health conditions, including endometriosis, fibroids, and heavy bleeding.
Dr. Killingsworth enjoys getting to know each of her patients and has a passion for adolescent gynecology. She provides contraceptive counseling services and pelvic exams, and is dedicated to ensuring the first gynecology visit for younger girls is comfortable and positive.
Also experienced in treating and supporting women during their transition to menopause, Dr. Killingsworth offers hormone therapy for menopause-related symptoms. She also offers pelvic floor therapy to address urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction.
After attending the University of Maryland in College Park for her undergraduate education, Dr. Killingsworth went on to earn her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. When Dr. Killingsworth isn’t serving her patients, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, a plastic surgeon, and their three daughters, Evie, Lily, and Sophie.

Komal Agarwal, MD, is one of the skilled, board-certified OB/GYNs practicing at Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC, located in Suwanee, Georgia.
Dr. Agarwal grew up in Delhi and completed her medical school training at Maulana Azad Medical College, one of the prestigious medical schools in India. Following her MBBS, she did post-graduate training in OB/GYN in India.
She moved to the U.S. and completed her residency in Michigan, where she was voted ‘Outstanding Resident Educator’ by the graduating class. She then served as chief resident during her final year. She was awarded the Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology by the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Following her residency, she practiced in Southern Indiana. She excelled in various roles as a physician, mentor, and administrator. She is a board-certified physician who has been providing compassionate and patient-centered care for 20 years now. She understands every patient is unique and believes in taking an empathic approach towards their concerns. She cherishes the patient-physician relationship that develops after the first meeting, which ensures trust and a good outcome.
She has a special interest in treating high-risk pregnancies, infertility, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, and menopause. She specializes in office-based procedures and minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Dr. Agarwal resides in the area with her husband, who is a nephrologist practicing out of Northside and Emory Hospital. They have two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
Rachel Yakrus, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN serving patients at Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC, in Johns Creek of Suwanee, Georgia. A fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Yakrus provides a full scope of services for women of all ages. She is passionate about attending to their reproductive needs and gynecological concerns and has a particular interest in family planning, high-risk obstetrics, and gynecological surgery.
Her dedication to women’s health emerged during her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where she volunteered at the University Health Center with a focus on campaigns promoting sexual health. She also received a scholarship to fund a trip to Argentina, where she volunteered at a Military Hospital as well as rural pregnancy care centers. She graduated summa cum laude with Honors with a BA in Spanish and a BS in Microbiology.
She then attended the Medical College of Georgia, where she founded and co-chaired the Reproductive Health Interest Group. Dr. Yakrus completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of South Florida, where she received excellent clinical training at Tampa General Hospital. She also served as a Chief Administrative Resident in her final year.
After working in the Bay Area in California, she relocated back to her hometown of Alpharetta, Georgia, in 2021. Dr. Yakrus feels lucky and privileged to serve the diverse women of our community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their orange tabby cat, Rocky, as well as her friends and family, in particular her adorable nephews. Her other hobbies include travel, cooking and playing the piano.

Bola Sogade, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and family practice physician at ObGyne Birth Center for Natural Deliveries in Forsyth, Georgia. Dedicated to providing the best possible care for her patients, Dr. Sogade was the first physician in Georgia to offer a natural delivery birthing center. She’s also a skilled surgeon and is known as the Robotic Queen of Georgia for minimally invasive procedures.
After completing her doctor of medicine at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan in Nigeria, Dr. Sogade went on to her transitional internship at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital. There, she received extensive medical training in general surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology.
Dr. Sogade relocated to the United States to complete her OB/GYN internship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She went on to complete two residency programs—one in obstetrics and gynecology at the Mercer University School of Medicine, the other in family medicine at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Her training allowed her to become dually board-certified in family medicine and obstetrics and gynecology.
Dedicated to her career and to giving back, Dr. Sogade serves as a clinical assistant professor at Mercer University School of Medicine. In her lectures, she shares her skills and experience with medical students and residents in the family medicine program.
When she’s not at the office, Dr. Sogade fills her time taking care of herself and others. She enjoys exercising and long-distance running, as well as mentoring preteen and teenage girls. She is a champion for serving the underrepresented, underserved, and unvoiced women.
Stephanie Gordon, MD, is the founder of The Women's Center, PC, located in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia. Dr. Gordon is double-board certified in general OB/GYN and urogynecology. She founded Women's Center, PC in 2003 as a gynecology and surgery practice dedicated to providing individualized care for women.
Dr. Gordon is one of the few true Atlanta-natives. She was born at Georgia Baptist Hospital while her mother finished nursing school there. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in genetics and molecular biology. She then worked at a private practice as an OB/GYN in Stockbridge before starting The Women's Center, PC in Conyers, Georgia. The practice quickly grew to expand to a Henry County office in Stockbridge. The practice includes five practitioners to help fulfill Dr. Gordon’s vision of comprehensive care for women.
Dr. Gordon was one of the first physicians in the nation to become board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, also known as urogynecology, in 2013. She is a proctor to other physicians who wish to learn incontinence and pelvic prolapse procedures. She has also been voted "Top Doc" in Henry County's H Magazine multiple times.
Dr. Gordon offers a complete array of services to her patients, and her special focus is on the treatment of heavy periods, incontinence, and minimally invasive surgeries. She sees patients in both offices and operates at Piedmont Henry Hospital and Rockdale Medical Center.
When asked why she went into gynecology, Dr. Gordon replies, "It is a wonderful field of medicine to practice. I get to see my patients on a reoccurring basis so I really get to know them and their families. Together, we can quickly identify their concerns and make a plan – together. I always include my patients in the decision-making process. Many of my patients’ problems can be resolved or improved in a short time frame. They are happy to get better and get on with their busy lives!"
Dr. Gordon lives in McDonough, Georgia, with her husband, David, and her three daughters, who keep her life busy. She loves to travel to warm places, read voraciously, and never improves her tennis game.
Trent Rice, MD, is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist who joined the team at The Women's Center, PC, located in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia, in 2014. A fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, Dr. Rice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor disorders, such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary/fecal incontinence, and mesh complications. He offers a wide array of conservative and surgical treatment options to his patients and is experienced both in traditional and minimally invasive surgical repairs.
Dr. Rice grew up in Winder, Georgia. He attended college at the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in biochemistry and microbiology. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia and subsequently moved to New York City for his general OB/GYN residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. Most recently, he attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he completed his fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (urogynecology). His fellowship training was unique in that it was a combined urogynecology and female urology program, one of the few in the nation. Dr. Rice is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and has had several research publications published in his field’s leading journals.
When asked why he became a urogynecologist, he states the specialty involves very functional surgery with a large quality of life impact. Simply put, it allows him to change the lives of women who are fearful of social embarrassment from their pelvic floor disorders and give them a life back.
Dr. Rice is happy to have come full circle and made it back to the north Georgia area. Outside of practicing medicine, he has special interests in music. He was a member of a local Athens rock band for many years and continues to enjoy composing and recording music. Recently he had an original song, “Hickory Hollow,” played on Nashville radio. He currently resides in Decatur, Georgia, and regularly performs at local music venues. His wife, Sarah, is also a doctor. She works at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital as a pediatric emergency medicine physician. They have a daughter, Addison, who inspires them daily and is just plain sweet and happy.
Sharon Hodges, MD, is a compassionate, board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Hodges joins the team at The Women's Center, PC, located in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia, and brings over 20 years of experience in women’s health. Dr. Hodges completed her undergraduate degree in microbiology at the University of Georgia. She then graduated from medical school at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1994. She remained there to complete her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Twyner grew up in Pass Christian, Mississippi – a quaint, coastal community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with a laid-back vibe and a strong commitment to camaraderie and hospitality. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry graduating Summa Cum Laude from Xavier University. After her family relocated to Atlanta due to the impact of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, she chose to complete her medical training at Emory University School of Medicine and Rollins School of Public Health earning a MD and MPH degree simultaneously. She completed Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine serving as the Administrative Chief Resident in 2017. Since then, she has practiced General Obstetrics and Gynecology with special interests in family planning, fertility management, peri-menopause and menopausal conditions and minimally invasive surgery techniques. She emphasizes passionate, patient-centered care and seeks to improve the disparities in care for women and minorities within the medical community. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy exploring eateries in the metro-Atlanta area and traveling.
Lori Dalcour serves as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a proud team member at The Healthy Women in Lawrenceville and Snellville Georgia.
She answered the initial call to nursing at a vocational high school in Maryland where she graduated as a Certified Nursing Assistant. As the youngest of five children, she was the first member of her family to attend and successfully graduate from college with an Associates in Nursing. She immediately secured licensure as a Registered Nurse. Lori relocated to Georgia and as a double Panther received her bachelor’s and master’s at Georgia State University and remains in the School of Nursing as the women’s health course instructor.
With over three decades of women’s health experience, her love and compassion for nursing continues to be based on one concept, 'caring'. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner attentive on ensuring quality of life, her nursing practice is based on wellness and optimal health maintenance.
She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree at Georgia College and State University with a focus on menopausal awareness. During her spare time, Lori loves spending time with her husband, twins, and family pet. She believes family and friends are everything!

After graduating from Stanford University, she earned her medical degree from Duke University and her Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In 2012, she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of California San Francisco. She is proud of her medical work and teaching in Mexico, Tanzania, Kenya and Liberia.
Dr. Clemens embraces full scope obstetrics and gynecology with a lifestyle medicine approach. Dr. Clemens appreciates the complex nature of women’s health and therefore aims to incorporate nutrition, spirituality, movement, community, and complementary medicine. Her expertise includes high and low risk pregnancies, preconception counseling, colposcopy, menopause and its transitions, fibroids, pelvic pain, evaluation and management of abnormal bleeding, birth control, and well women visits.
When not doctoring, Dr. Clemens loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, extended family and friends. She also enjoys reading, dancing, gardening, hiking, beaches, travel, learning, and baking.
