Saly Elias, OD, is a compassionate optometrist practicing at 2020 Family Vision.

Dr. Elias is originally from Windsor, Ontario, and graduated from Wayne State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in health and nutrition science. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, she was accepted into Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and graduated with her Doctor of Optometry in May 2018. During her final year of optometry school, she had the opportunity to work with low vision patients to help the legally blind with daily activities using telescopes and magnifiers, specialty contact lenses to treat diseases such as keratoconus.

During her rotations, Dr. Elias also had the opportunity to work at John Dingell VA hospital in Michigan and Lake City VA hospital in Florida. Working with many veterans, she became knowledgeable and proficient in diagnosing and treating dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and many more ocular diseases.

Dr. Lindsey Ellicott-Gasta provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. She performs thorough eye examinations and diagnoses and manages a wide range of conditions, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, cataracts, dry eye syndrome, and binocular vision disorders.

Dr. Lindsey earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2015 after completing her undergraduate studies at Ferris State University.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, crafting, and traveling to Northern Michigan whenever she has the opportunity.

 Dr. Manal Peracha-Riyaz is the newest board certified ophthalmologist to join Eye Surgeons Associates. She graduated from the University of Michigan with high honors and then attended medical school at Wayne State University. She completed her ophthalmology residency and glaucoma fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

Dr. Peracha-Riyaz provides the latest and most up to date treatments including advanced cataract surgery and medical and surgical care of glaucoma. Above all else, Dr. Peracha-Riyaz prides herself on providing the most compassionate care to each and every patient.

She recently relocated back to Michigan from Washington D.C., where she was named a Washingtonian Top Doctor. She is married with a young daughter and loves spending time with her family. Leila Siblani graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Biological Sciences, and later went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2015. She completed her internships specializing in primary eye care, ocular disease and specialty contact lens wear at the John D Dingell VA medical center, Kresge Eye Institute of Detroit and the Illinois Eye Institute. She provides comprehensive eye care to patients aged 4 and older including diabetic eye care, management of glaucoma, macular degeneration, various eye infections, dry eye disease, a wide range of anterior segment disease and also assists with post-operative cataract care.

Zuhair Hanif Peracha, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Surgeons Associates in Canton, Monroe, and Livonia, Michigan. He treats patients aged 10 and older and adults in Canton and Monroe for routine eye care needs as well as specialized treatments, including cataract surgery, retinal disease management, glaucoma, and diabetic eye treatment. He keeps up-to-date with the latest advancements in eye care to provide his patients with the highest-quality care.

Dr. Peracha graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond before completing medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Then, Dr. Peracha stayed in Detroit to finish an ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital before going on to fulfill a retina fellowship at the top-ranked Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Peracha is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. For patient convenience, he is affiliated with Promedica Monroe Regional Hospital in Michigan and St. Mary’s Hospital in Livonia, Michigan.
