Steven D. Lasser, MD, FAAOS joined the Spine Solutions team, part-time in 2016. He previously worked in a busy spine practice in Rochester, New York region for 27 years before retiring for the first time in 2015. Dr. Schapiro is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1994, graduating with distinction on the President’s Honor Roll for having a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average. Dr. Schapiro received his medical degree from the University of Miami in 2000, graduating in the top 10% of his class and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Schapiro specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques and arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, wrist, and ankle as well as complex ligament reconstruction, joint replacement surgery of the knee, hip, and shoulder and fracture treatment, having received his trauma training at the premier Level I Trauma Center in Detroit.

Oscar Dalmau is an Orthopedic PA- Physician Assistant based in Dade and Broward. He is a member of the Florida Academy of PA's. He has practiced at OrthoNOW locations, and PARK CREEK Surgery Center.

Mr. Dalmau has over 20 years of experience in orthopedic care and is skilled at intra-articular and trigger point injections as well as robotic surgical assisting including MAKO and DAVINCI systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Florida, and MD from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas in Mexico. Oscar was certified by the Educational Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates in 1986. He is a fan of the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat.

Edward Hernandez is a certified APRN, accredited in the USA as a Foreign Medical Doctor with more than 13 years of experience. He has been working in the medical field since 1995, when he became a Nurse in his country Dominican Republic. His passion to help others and the love of medicine aspired him to become a medical doctor that graduated in DR. He also served in the military of Dominican Republic Army for 10 years. He moved to Miami to become an orthopedic medical assistant, and always focused on pursuing a career as a health care provider.

He enjoys mountain biking, outdoor adventures, riding motorcycle and is an active Christian member of his community church.
