Dr. Bradford is an accomplished adult reconstructive surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive hip and knee replacements. He has a particular interest in assessing and revising failed total hip and knee replacements.
Dr. Bradford was born in Montreal, Canada. He received his Doctor of Medicine in 1986 from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He subsequently completed his internship and orthopedic residency at the University of Alberta Hospital in 1992.
He moved to the United States in 1993 to further his training by completing a fellowship in adult reconstructive hip and knee surgery with the renowned Wayne Paprosky, MD, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois, and at Rush Presbyterian – St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Bradford is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

John J. Kastrup, MD, has been a member of Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center since 2009 and sees patients at their office in Henderson, Nevada. He specializes in minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, including a new, partial-knee replacement procedure.
Dr. Kastrup was one of the first surgeons in America to provide minimally invasive hip replacements. Dr. Kastrup practices with the most current techniques in joint replacement utilizing the rapid recovery protocol and uses cutting-edge pain management techniques that allow patients to recover from surgery without using intravenous narcotics. He supports the Arthritis Foundation and is dedicated in his practice to finding a cure for the disease.
Dr. Kastrup was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, during which time he contributed to pioneering research on anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions of the knee.
Dr. Kastrup received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1988. During medical school, Dr. Kastrup’s research efforts focused on mallet finger injuries, and his outcomes are referenced in multiple orthopedic textbooks.
Following medical school, Dr. Kastrup completed his orthopedic internship and residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed an additional year of subspecialty fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic in adult reconstructive surgery, where his fellowship involved the treatment of arthritis and joint replacement for the shoulder, hip, and knee.

Dr. Laroche was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Hunter College in New York City, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors. I treat each patient as an individual and take time to learn about their problems and offer a customized solution using the latest research and most advance technology available to help their spine problems, relieve pain, and restore function. I specialize in minimally invasive spine surgery and motion preservation technologies. I earned my medical degree at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I completed orthopedic surgery residency and further specialized in adult reconstructive spine surgery. I have been helping patients with their spine problems in private practice since 2010. I also spend a lot of time teaching other surgeons, medical students, and others on the latest advancements in spine surgery. I have published multiple scientific articles and book chapters and I participate in design, development, and testing of new spine surgery instruments and devices including robotic and computer navigation technology.
