Royce Bowman, PT, is the Director of Operations and an exceptional physical therapist at Bowman Physical Therapy in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston and Friendswood, Texas. He helps patients heal and rehabilitate from a wide range of orthopedic conditions, but he has a special interest in the knees and shoulders.

Anthony Pribila, PT, DSc, CMPT, CMP, Cert. DN, CEAS, co-founded Therapeutic Rehab Specialists more than a decade ago, and the practice currently has three locations in Lakeland, North Pinellas Park, and Brandon, Florida. 

Dr. Pribila was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and received his physical therapy degree in the Netherlands. After graduation, he returned to the United States and received his Doctorate of Science (DSc) degree in physical therapy from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. 

Dr. Pribila went on to earn his first manual therapy certification (CMP) from internationally esteemed physical therapist Brian Mulligan of New Zealand. He added a second manual therapy certification (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. 

Among further professional training and accomplishments, Dr. Pribila is a certified ergonomic assessment specialist (CEAS); earned a Level 2 certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) through Functional Movement Systems; and a certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).

Dr. Pribila is certified through both the American Institute of Balance and the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy in post-concussion management treatment (Cert. VCS). He has been certified in intramuscular dry needling since 2013 and possesses two dry needling certifications (Cert. DN). Renee Crickmore, PT, MPT Clinic Director of Pursue PT & Wellness

Renee is a certified physical therapist who specializes in manual therapy, pre and post - surgery rehabilitation, concussion, spinal, and balance & vestibular rehabilitation.

Renee received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from St. Francis College and her Master’s degree in Physical therapy from St. Francis University. 

Renee is a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist. She also holds a certificate in concussion management, fall prevention, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, and in rehabilitation for hip and knee joint replacements.

Renee has worked as a home care physical therapist.  Since her successful launch and development of Pursue in 2016, Renee has returned to her passion of helping people get back to what they enjoy doing in an outpatient physical therapy facility.

Renee’s passion is rooted in her belief that care should be personal. Radion Natanov is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of New York that graduated from Touro College in 2016. Dr. Rivi Har-El is a physical therapist, dance/movement therapist, author, and innovator in the field of integrative healing. With over four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rivi has devoted her life to helping individuals find relief from chronic pain and reclaim freedom in their bodies — blending biomechanics with emotional intelligence, movement therapy, and, most recently, light energy work. 

Dr. Rivi earned her credentials as a Registered Physical Therapist in 1983. She later completed a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hunter College, NY, in 1991 and earned her PhD in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2000.

Her work has spanned acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, always anchored in deep compassion and a dedication to treating the whole person. Throughout her career, Dr. Rivi has explored the intersection of physical symptoms and mental-emotional states. Her background in psychology and dance/movement therapy led her to develop a more holistic model of care — one that integrates therapeutic exercise with breath, somatic awareness, and mindful movement. This approach culminated in the creation of the RiVision Method, a pioneering body-mind modality that empowers patients to become active participants in their healing.

From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Har-El served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The State University of New York, where she taught future therapists about body-mind awareness and the RiVision Method. She is also an active lecturer at professional events for therapists and educators.

In 2016, Dr. Rivi published her highly regarded book, Moving Pain Away – RiVision: An Innovative Physical Therapy Method, a work that beautifully synthesises decades of hands-on experience. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and her undergraduate degree in Health Science from James Madison University. John Sartore is originally from Evansville, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Since his graduation from Marymount University in 2001, John has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Prior to starting Advantage Physical Therapy, John was the clinic manager at a busy outpatient rehabilitation office in Washington, DC. This office was the exclusive provider of physical therapy for the Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics. Following his time there, John worked with one of the top orthopedic surgery groups in Northern Virginia for five years. He was responsible for the care of patients following a variety of surgical procedures including ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic knee surgeries, total knee replacement surgery, total hip replacement surgery, arthroscopic hip labral repair, rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic shoulder labral repair, tennis elbow repair and ankle ligament reconstructions.

John has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions. While he specializes in the recovery from orthopedic and sports injuries, John has worked closely with both pediatric and geriatric populations. His treatment approach combines the use of manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, functional strengthening exercises and patient education to help his patients meet their rehabilitative goals.

Alana Hamilton is an enthusiastic physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She likes to incorporate Pilates and yoga-based physical therapy to address all forms of orthopedic concerns. Her specialties include hip pathologies, balance impairments, prenatal and postpartum populations.

Alana is a proud Hokie from Virginia Tech where she won the award, Outstanding Student of the Year in her major in biology. In addition, she holds a minor in psychology and sociology. Following graduation, she immediately got her doctorate from Radford University. During school, she had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings but loved the hard work and wide range of knowledge that is required in an outpatient clinic. She has experience with patients of all ages and abilities and loves to combine manual techniques with exercise for reinforcement. Her goal is to get her patients back to their goals and living a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Since having kids, Alana is passionate about serving the prenatal and postpartum populations to help support them during this special time. Her goal is to help keep moms active, strong, and healthy to feel empowered and supported to take care of themselves and their growing families.

She is an avid fan of Pilates, running, and hiking. On the weekends, she can be found hanging out with her family and babies as well as doing Spartan races with her old physical therapy classmates and friends. Mike Reing was born and raised here in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Marymount University in 2001 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since. Mike was certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2003 by the American Physical Therapy Association. Prior to Co-founding Advantage, he was a clinic and group director for a national outpatient physical therapy provider for four years. He specializes in orthopedics with areas of sub-specialization in adult and pediatric oncology rehabilitation, sports rehab programs, cervicogenic headaches, and orthopedic pediatrics. He is affiliated with the Children’s National Medical Center where he is part of the clinical team in both the Late Effects Clinic and the Neuro-Oncology Clinic.

He has presented lectures in a number of his specialty areas to a variety of both physician and patient groups including: control of Chronic Tension Headaches in the pediatric population at “Pediatrics for the Practitioner”, the role of Physical Therapy in lower and upper extremity injuries to the Fairfax Hospital Orthopedic Residents, and the role of exercise and fitness in preventing and controlling late effects at the Life with Cancer Survivorship Conference.

His treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and a strong patient education focus. The focus of all of his rehabilitation programs is to optimize his patient’s functional capabilities and expedite their return to full, independent status.

Mike played soccer at Mary Washington College and now enjoys cheering on his son’s and daughter’s soccer and basketball teams. He along with his wife and kids also enjoy a variety of other outdoor and athletic activities.

Olivia is a Northern Virginia native and proud alumna of Bridgewater College, where she double majored in Health & Exercise Science and French. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, she competed as a thrower, which fostered a lasting appreciation for movement, performance, and helping others reach their full potential.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University, gaining a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. Olivia treats a broad range of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in women’s health. She has completed advanced coursework in pelvic health to expand her expertise and better support patients in this specialized area. Olivia is dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate care and is committed to giving back to the community she calls home.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys being outdoors with her dog, traveling, and reading.

Rachel graduated from the University of California, Davis where she majored in Human Development and played Division 1 Lacrosse. Rachel attended Marymount University and graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her passion for physical therapy stemmed from several sports injuries, followed by surgeries and extensive rehab. She enjoys working with people to help ease pain, improve their quality of life, and promote healthy, active lifestyles.

Samuel Corbin is an Alexandria, VA native. He graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School and then attended Old Dominion University from which he received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2009. Sam’s affinity for human performance and sports, combined with observation hours in the Tidewater and Northern Virginia area bolstered Sam’s love for physical therapy. Jenna Bythrow PT, DPT, COMT, leads the Women’s Wellness and Pelvic Health division at Advantage Physical Therapy.  Dr. Bythrow specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health therapy for women of all ages.  She treats women for concerns including back and hip dysfunction,post hip arthroscopy, prenatal and postpartum concerns, positioning for labor and delivery, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, tailbone pain, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related wellness, peri and post menopausal concerns for pelvic health, post mastectomy or breast augmentation rehab, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and autoimmune conditions.

Dr. Taylor Goodwill earned a degree in Cellular Biology at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She relocated to the area to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Taylor’s passion for physical therapy comes from her extensive sports coaching background and athletic experiences as an NCAA Women’s Lacrosse player.

After several knee surgeries and a few years working as a government consultant, Stacey decided to make a change and headed back to school to study physical therapy. She graduated from George Washington University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at GW, she discovered her love of treating the pediatric population during an internship at Georgetown University Hospital.

Stacey specializes in working with children with Torticollis, developmental delay, CP, hypotonia, Spina Bifida, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, and a variety of rare syndromes. Her treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, NDT, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and patient/parent education.
