Steven Gutin, PT earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Physical Therapy from Long Island University in Brooklyn. With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Gutin gives his patients his undivided attention and practices with a goal of helping each of them lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Mr. Gutin focuses on each client individually by performing thorough physical examinations and diagnosis while aiming towards treatments using non-surgical methods. His goal is to restore the highest possible level of function and strive towards the patients' recuperation. Steven focuses on manual therapy techniques and neuromuscular reeducation to maximize translation to functional movement patterns.
Addison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College.
Addison has had prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, pelvic health, and pediatrics through her clinical rotations. During her pelvic health clinical rotation she gained interest in the speciality and has enjoyed combining her knowledge to treat her patients with a full body approach.
Addison grew up in the mountains of Colorado and was a competitive gymnast. She is very passionate about staying active and strives to get her patients back to doing what they love!
Outside of work Addison likes to ski, workout, run, play pickleball, paddle board, and read.

Aly is originally from Santa Cruz, CA. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in Integrative Physiology and Psychology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Coast University in Los Angeles, CA. She knew she wanted to return back to the mountains where she considers home and has been loving the mountain activities. Along with being a Physical Therapist, Aly is a yoga instructor and massage therapist in which she utilizes her tools to help individualize care for her patients. She believes in order for people to be able to be the best version of themselves one must feel (mentally and physically) like the best version of themselves, which is one reason why she is drawn to pelvic floor physical therapy and restoring such a vital function in our bodies. She enjoys working with people on whatever their goals may be and strives to not only help you return to your prior level of function but beyond.
Dr. Armengol has been a physical therapist for 26 years and an avid exercise enthusiast and trainer for over 35 years. Her true passion is helping persons of all ages reach their maximal functional potential so that they can live fulfilling, active and meaningful lives. She started her career working with infants and young children. She became a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist in 2009, 7 years after founding and managing a pediatric home health agency in Arizona. Dr. Armengol currently resides in the Tampa Bay Florida area. She has worked in a variety of settings with experience treating numerous neuromusculoskeletal conditions and working with people across the lifespan. Her current primary interests lie in the recreational athlete and aging population. She is an educator, having served roles as Adjunct Faculty for several universities and serving as Board Certified Clinical Instructor to numerous PT students. She became a Dry Needling certified specialist in 2020.
