Alana Hamilton is an enthusiastic physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She likes to incorporate Pilates and yoga-based physical therapy to address all forms of orthopedic concerns. Her specialties include hip pathologies, balance impairments, prenatal and postpartum populations.

Alana is a proud Hokie from Virginia Tech where she won the award, Outstanding Student of the Year in her major in biology. In addition, she holds a minor in psychology and sociology. Following graduation, she immediately got her doctorate from Radford University. During school, she had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings but loved the hard work and wide range of knowledge that is required in an outpatient clinic. She has experience with patients of all ages and abilities and loves to combine manual techniques with exercise for reinforcement. Her goal is to get her patients back to their goals and living a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Rachel graduated from the University of California, Davis where she majored in Human Development and played Division 1 Lacrosse. Rachel attended Marymount University and graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her passion for physical therapy stemmed from several sports injuries, followed by surgeries and extensive rehab. Jenna Bythrow PT, DPT, COMT, leads the Women’s Wellness and Pelvic Health division at Advantage Physical Therapy.  Dr. Bythrow specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health therapy for women of all ages.  She treats women for concerns including back and hip dysfunction,post hip arthroscopy, prenatal and postpartum concerns, positioning for labor and delivery, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, tailbone pain, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related wellness, peri and post menopausal concerns for pelvic health, post mastectomy or breast augmentation rehab, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and autoimmune conditions.

Dr. Taylor Goodwill earned a degree in Cellular Biology at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She relocated to the area to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Taylor’s passion for physical therapy comes from her extensive sports coaching background and athletic experiences as an NCAA Women’s Lacrosse player.

Taylor specializes in treating a variety of sports injuries, post-operative, and orthopedic conditions. She is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received a scholarship to play Division I Field Hockey at Duke University and graduated in 2004 with a major in Environmental Science and Policy. After several knee surgeries and a few years working as a government consultant, Stacey decided to make a change and headed back to school to study physical therapy. She graduated from George Washington University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at GW, she discovered her love of treating the pediatric population during an internship at Georgetown University Hospital.

Stacey specializes in working with children with Torticollis, developmental delay, CP, hypotonia, Spina Bifida, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, and a variety of rare syndromes. Her treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, NDT, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and patient/parent education. Mike Reing was born and raised here in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Marymount University in 2001 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since. Mike was certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2003 by the American Physical Therapy Association. Prior to Co-founding Advantage, he was a clinic and group director for a national outpatient physical therapy provider for four years. He specializes in orthopedics with areas of sub-specialization in adult and pediatric oncology rehabilitation, sports rehab programs, cervicogenic headaches, and orthopedic pediatrics. He is affiliated with the Children’s National Medical Center where he is part of the clinical team in both the Late Effects Clinic and the Neuro-Oncology Clinic.

He has presented lectures in a number of his specialty areas to a variety of both physician and patient groups including: control of Chronic Tension Headaches in the pediatric population at “Pediatrics for the Practitioner”, the role of Physical Therapy in lower and upper extremity injuries to the Fairfax Hospital Orthopedic Residents, and the role of exercise and fitness in preventing and controlling late effects at the Life with Cancer Survivorship Conference.

His treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and a strong patient education focus. The focus of all of his rehabilitation programs is to optimize his patient’s functional capabilities and expedite their return to full, independent status.

Mike played soccer at Mary Washington College and now enjoys cheering on his son’s and daughter’s soccer and basketball teams. He along with his wife and kids also enjoy a variety of other outdoor and athletic activities.

Samuel Corbin is one of the dedicated physical therapists practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. He provides a wide variety of physical therapy treatments and services, specializing in dry-needling trigger point release and sports medicine.  

Samuel Corbin is an Alexandria, VA native. He graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School and then attended Old Dominion University from which he received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2009. Sam’s affinity for human performance and sports, combined with observation hours in the Tidewater and Northern Virginia area bolstered Sam’s love for physical therapy. Sam completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Marymount University in 2012 and was the recipient of the physical therapy outstanding student award. Sam is now a direct access-certified Physical Therapist and is certified in Dry Needling. Dylan Clark is a passionate physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. He likes to incorporate a fitness forward physical therapy mindset to address all forms of orthopedic concerns. He enjoys working with all parts of the body and particularly loves treating back ailments, hip, knee, and ankle pathologies, balance difficulties, and loves working with the older adult population.

Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he was highly involved with pre-health clubs including acting as the Pre-Physical Therapy Society president his senior year. In addition to studying biology, he earned a minor in psychology which he has found to be highly valuable during his practice as a PT. Following graduation, Dylan worked for two years at the University of Maryland Medical Center as a pediatric rehab aide. He then attended Marymount University and earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Since graduating, Dylan has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient populations in the outpatient setting. Outside of the clinic, Dylan is an adventurous home cook. Sarah grew up in Northern Virginia before moving to the UK, where she earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester, completing her dissertation in Nutrition. She later returned to the United States to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.   During her undergraduate career, Sarah served as the team Sports Therapist for the University of Chichester’s swim and athletics teams, where she also competed as a scholar-athlete. She also volunteered with Parkinson’s UK, providing sports therapy to marathon runners fundraising for the charity. At MUSC, Sarah contributed to stroke rehabilitation research, volunteered as a Student Clinician at the pro bono CARES Clinic, represented students through the American Physical Therapy Association’s PT Moves Me Ambassador Program, and served as a student ambassador for MUSC’s College of Health Professions.   Sarah has clinical experience working with patients across all age groups. Her professional interests include POTS, Dysautonomia, EDS/HSD, sports medicine, pediatrics, and oncological rehabilitation. John Sartore is originally from Evansville, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Since his graduation from Marymount University in 2001, John has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Prior to starting Advantage Physical Therapy, John was the clinic manager at a busy outpatient rehabilitation office in Washington, DC. This office was the exclusive provider of physical therapy for the Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics. Following his time there, John worked with one of the top orthopedic surgery groups in Northern Virginia for five years. He was responsible for the care of patients following a variety of surgical procedures including ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic knee surgeries, total knee replacement surgery, total hip replacement surgery, arthroscopic hip labral repair, rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic shoulder labral repair, tennis elbow repair and ankle ligament reconstructions.

Renee is a certified physical therapist who specializes in manual therapy, pre and post - surgery rehabilitation, concussion, spinal, and balance & vestibular rehabilitation.

Renee received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from St. Francis College and her Master’s degree in Physical therapy from St. Francis University. 

Renee is a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist. She also holds a certificate in concussion management, fall prevention, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, and in rehabilitation for hip and knee joint replacements.

Renee has worked as a home care physical therapist.  Since her successful launch and development of Pursue in 2016, Renee has returned to her passion of helping people get back to what they enjoy doing in an outpatient physical therapy facility.

Radion Natanov is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of New York that graduated from Touro College in 2016. Since graduating, Radion has been working in an outpatient setting treating various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions/pathologies. Dr. Pribila was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and received his physical therapy degree in the Netherlands. After graduation, he returned to the United States and received his Doctorate of Science (DSc) degree in physical therapy from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
