She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University, gaining a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. Olivia treats a broad range of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in women’s health. Dylan Clark is a passionate physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he was highly involved with pre-health clubs including acting as the Pre-Physical Therapy Society president his senior year. In addition to studying biology, he earned a minor in psychology which he has found to be highly valuable during his practice as a PT. Following graduation, Dylan worked for two years at the University of Maryland Medical Center as a pediatric rehab aide. He then attended Marymount University and earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Since graduating, Dylan has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient populations in the outpatient setting. Seeing his patients achieve their goals drives Dylan to continually seek new physical therapy interventions to best treat his patients.

Outside of the clinic, Dylan is an adventurous home cook. He continues to push his boundaries in the kitchen and particularly enjoys baking sourdough bread and any dish that allows him to utilize his 100+ year old cast iron pan that was handed down to him from his great-grandmother. Outside of the kitchen Dylan can be found out on the trails pushing his mileage on the bike.

Stacey Stuart provides a variety of physical therapy services to adult and youth patients at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She specializes in pediatric physical therapy services, developmental delays, and the diagnosis and treatment of Torticollis, or wry neck. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the best possible overall health.

She is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received a scholarship to play Division I Field Hockey at Duke University and graduated in 2004 with a major in Environmental Science and Policy. After several knee surgeries and a few years working as a government consultant, Stacey decided to make a change and headed back to school to study physical therapy. She graduated from George Washington University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at GW, she discovered her love of treating the pediatric population during an internship at Georgetown University Hospital.

Stacey specializes in working with children with Torticollis, developmental delay, CP, hypotonia, Spina Bifida, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, and a variety of rare syndromes. Her treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, NDT, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and patient/parent education. When Stacey is not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons. She also enjoys staying active and heading back to the beach as often as possible.

Kaelie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation for individuals with vaginas and in the treatment of autonomic dysfunction, including POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and related conditions. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and her undergraduate degree in Health Science from James Madison University. Kaelie holds her Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy in Pelvic Health and is certified in dry needling. She uses evidence-based techniques such as the Utah protocol for dysautonomia, along with other research-supported practices, to guide her individualized treatment plans.

Kaelie is passionate about helping patients feel heard, respected, and truly understood. She combines clinical expertise with empathy and education, empowering patients to take an active role in their care. Outside of the clinic, Kaelie enjoys exploring her many hobbies, including reading romance and fantasy novels, photography, and needlepoint. She also loves spending time with her partner Aaron and their dog Maeve. If a JMU sporting event is on, it is likely that Kaelie is actively cheering on the Dukes in her purple and gold. Sarah grew up in Northern Virginia before moving to the UK, where she earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester, completing her dissertation in Nutrition. She later returned to the United States to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.   During her undergraduate career, Sarah served as the team Sports Therapist for the University of Chichester’s swim and athletics teams, where she also competed as a scholar-athlete. She also volunteered with Parkinson’s UK, providing sports therapy to marathon runners fundraising for the charity. At MUSC, Sarah contributed to stroke rehabilitation research, volunteered as a Student Clinician at the pro bono CARES Clinic, represented students through the American Physical Therapy Association’s PT Moves Me Ambassador Program, and served as a student ambassador for MUSC’s College of Health Professions.   Sarah has clinical experience working with patients across all age groups. Her professional interests include POTS, Dysautonomia, EDS/HSD, sports medicine, pediatrics, and oncological rehabilitation. She incorporates a range of interventions—including patient-specific progressive exercise, trigger point dry-needling, cupping, blood flow restriction training, Maitland techniques, and Mulligan techniques—into her practice to support recovery and help patients achieve their long-term goals. Mike Reing was born and raised here in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Marymount University in 2001 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since. Mike was certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2003 by the American Physical Therapy Association. Prior to Co-founding Advantage, he was a clinic and group director for a national outpatient physical therapy provider for four years. He specializes in orthopedics with areas of sub-specialization in adult and pediatric oncology rehabilitation, sports rehab programs, cervicogenic headaches, and orthopedic pediatrics. He is affiliated with the Children’s National Medical Center where he is part of the clinical team in both the Late Effects Clinic and the Neuro-Oncology Clinic.

He has presented lectures in a number of his specialty areas to a variety of both physician and patient groups including: control of Chronic Tension Headaches in the pediatric population at “Pediatrics for the Practitioner”, the role of Physical Therapy in lower and upper extremity injuries to the Fairfax Hospital Orthopedic Residents, and the role of exercise and fitness in preventing and controlling late effects at the Life with Cancer Survivorship Conference.

His treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and a strong patient education focus. Samuel Corbin is an Alexandria, VA native. He graduated from Thomas A. Sam’s affinity for human performance and sports, combined with observation hours in the Tidewater and Northern Virginia area bolstered Sam’s love for physical therapy. Jenna Bythrow PT, DPT, COMT, leads the Women’s Wellness and Pelvic Health division at Advantage Physical Therapy.  Dr. Bythrow specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health therapy for women of all ages.  She treats women for concerns including back and hip dysfunction,post hip arthroscopy, prenatal and postpartum concerns, positioning for labor and delivery, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, tailbone pain, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related wellness, peri and post menopausal concerns for pelvic health, post mastectomy or breast augmentation rehab, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and autoimmune conditions.
