Dr. Rispoli’s interest in the treatment of pain led her to complete an interventional pain medicine fellowship under the Weill Cornell Tri-Institute Pain Fellowship program in New York City, doing rotations at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Rispoli specializes in advanced neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulation) techniques, pelvic pain (both male and female), ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, and regenerative medicine techniques such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or stem cell therapy.

Diego Allende, DO, is the owner and founder of The Allende Centre for Regenerative Medicine & Vitality in Fresno, California. He specializes in intergrated medicine and has a board certification in family medicine and a degree in osteopathic medicine.

Dr. Allende was born in Argentina and moved to the San Francisco area with his family as a child. He and his brothers often worked in the family’s auto-body shop, which he credits for his value of hard work. When he began college at San Jose State University in San Jose, California, he continued to work full time while earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology.

After earning his degree, Dr. Allende moved across the country to attend medical school in New York. After a year, he moved back to California to earn his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California. 

When he isn’t teaching his patients how to improve their lifestyles with healthy habits or administering cutting-edge regenerative treatments, Dr. Allende loves to spend his time traveling with his wife, Amira, and visiting friends and family. He adheres to a dedicated regimen of weight training, a nutritious diet, outdoor exercise, and relaxation.

Kim Burns is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) in 2012 and has been a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) since 2018. What Kim loves most about being a PT is providing highly individualized hands on interventions, exercise, and education to help clients get back to what they love doing most. Kim prioritizes client understanding. She invests time in client education regarding anatomy and basic kinesiological concepts to ensure that clients understand exactly what is driving their condition and what the plan of action is to ensure that a client meets their goals. Kim's practice includes an extensive skill set and passion for data-driven, evidenced based interventions. She is also a certified practitioner in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, the Functional Movement Screen, Functional Capacity Screen, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization including Gua Sha and Cupping.

Douglas Hattermann, MSPT, ATC, is an experienced physical therapist practicing at Regenerative Orthopaedics and Spine Institute, which has two convenient locations in Griffin and Stockbridge, Georgia. 

Dr. Hattermann obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training & biology in 1997 from Eureka College and his Master of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. 

As a skilled therapeutic physician and instructor, Dr. Hattermann takes great pride in joyfully training others for sports and other competitive athletics. He has been published several times and is well-known for his worldwide volunteer work.
