Michael Rizkalla, MD, a skilled physician with double-board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation, founded Revive Spine and Pain Center in 2017. Michele graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2002. She began treating pelvic floor dysfunction one year after graduation. She received her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification in 2017 from the Herman and Wallace Institute.

Over the past 21 years she has had interests in many different aspects of pelvic floor rehabilitation. These include working with female athletes, helping women safely return to sports post-partum and women who experience urinary issues, bowel issues and/or pain daily. I love to help women continue to be as active as they can and calm fears that relate to being active with pelvic floor dysfunction. 

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her two daughters going for walks with them, watching shows together, playing games with them. She also goes to Grand Rapids as often as she can to visit her sister and nephews.

Debbie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science as well as a Master of Education degree from the University of Georgia. After teaching Health and Physical Education for 7 years, she then received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University followed by her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. She has worked in a variety of settings in physical therapy including acute care, outpatient, nursing home, and spent many years providing home health services in Rockingham County.
