Dr. Miller completed her undergraduate education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in microbiology. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, located in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1995.

Dr. Joe prides himself on providing comprehensive medical and surgical treatment for a wide array of foot and ankle conditions that affect all ages. Dr. Joe graduated with honors from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida, in 2011. He has since been practicing podiatry for over nine years and has attained a diverse set of experience in podiatric surgery.

Lisa K. Burson, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Legacy Foot & Ankle, with locations in Lapeer, Rochester Hills, Bay City, and Caro, Michigan. Dr. Burson prides herself on collaborative, high-quality care between her and her patients. In addition to general foot and ankle care, Dr. Burson’s specialties include foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care.
Dr. Burson received her Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, in 2010. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2014.
After graduating, Dr. Burson completed a three-year residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery at Michigan Surgical Hospital (formerly Kern Hospital) from 2014 to 2017. She then began practicing podiatry near metro Detroit, Michigan before joining the team at Legacy Foot & Ankle in July 2019.
Dr. Burson treats a wide array of foot and ankle injuries and conditions and performs surgical procedures for all ailments of the foot or ankle. Patients regularly see her for plantar fasciitis, foot pain, ankle pain, neuromas, bunions, hammertoes, athlete’s foot, diabetic foot care, and wound care.
Dr. Burson is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). She welcomes new and existing patients to Legacy Foot & Ankle.
Born in Egypt, Dr. Mansour received his MD degree from the UOC. He completed two years of General surgery residency before moving to Chicago.
Dr. Mansour attended William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery from 2000 to 2004 in Chicago, Illinois. There he completed a 3-year residency program in foot and ankle surgery at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Since then he has been operating a successful well-rounded podiatry practice with special interests in diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and additionally he has firsthand experience in arthroscopy of the foot and ankle, reconstructive surgery of diabetic limb, and treatment of pediatric deformities.
Currently the owner and president of Ankle and Foot Care Specialists he runs a full practice having built a strong dedicated team of medical assistants to help smoothly stream patient’s care throughout the day. He is on call at two major level 1 trauma hospitals in Michigan, as well as participating the residency teaching staff.
Dr. Mansour is blessed with four beautiful children and enjoys working out with his son, playing basketball, golfing and lately he has been enjoying riding his Ducati motorcycle whenever the cold Michigan weather permits!
