She checked my ears and removed wax, then assessed my hearing aids and prepped them for shipping for microphone repair . Will contact me when they return to her office and she will ascertain that they are in top form before I get them back.

It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. She notified Audiologist Diana Gonzalez that I was there with paperwork completed. Diana came out in about 5 minutes. She took me to the room for my hearing test. She went over the results in detail I was so impressed with her. I would recommend her office to anyone that may have any hearing issues. Read less
