It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. She notified Audiologist Diana Gonzalez that I was there with paperwork completed. Diana came out in about 5 minutes. She took me to the room for my hearing test. She went over the results in detail I was so impressed with her. I would recommend her office to anyone that may have any hearing issues. Read less
