I have been to Miracle Ear, and this is a completely different experience. While Miracle Ear is a high pressure sales experience, this is a professional medical experience. The receptionist who took my insurance information was professional and pleasant. Diana Gonzalez was the audiologist. She was knowledgeable and professional.
