Thorough examination. Explained all details. Answered all my questions. Helped me to set up my cellphone for the connection of it with the hearing aids. I can’t say enough about Diana. She’s amazing!! I had went to see someone else before I saw her. From the minute I met her she was so willing to help me. Diana explained how my hearing aids worked in detail. I definitely would highly recommend her. In fact I have a friend who called her and made an appointment to see her.

Spent a long time with me answering my numerous questions, thoroughly explaining about my hearing aids and reprogramming them for me.
It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. She notified Audiologist Diana Gonzalez that I was there with paperwork completed. Diana came out in about 5 minutes. She took me to the room for my hearing test. She went over the results in detail I was so impressed with her. I would recommend her office to anyone that may have any hearing issues.
