It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. She notified Audiologist Diana Gonzalez that I was there with paperwork completed. Diana came oShow moreut in about 5 minutes. She took me to the room for my hearing test. She went over the results in detail I was so impressed with her. I would recommend her office to anyone that may have any hearing issues.
I can’t say enough about Diana. She’s amazing!! I had went to see someone else before I saw her. From the minute I met her she was so willing to help me. Diana explained how my hearing aids worked in detail. I definitely would hiShow moreghly recommend her. In fact I have a friend who called her and made an appointment to see her.

Thorough examination. Explained all details. Answered all my questions. Helped me to set up my cellphone for the connection of it with the hearing aids. Which I was having a very difficult time doing. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly 😌 one. I would recommend my family and friends to go there.

Dr. Gonzalez is the consummate professional ! She greeted me, bright me to the office and proceeded to ask me note I was doing, was the family DVD the reason for the visit. She checked my ears and removed wax, then assessed my hearing aids and prepped them for shipping for microphone repair . Will contact me when they return to her office and she will ascertain that they are in top form before I get them back. It was a pleasure writing with Dr. Gonzalez
