My cardiologist suggested I participate in the Nudj program. I have found the program to be very good and true to its name. The idea is to nudge people in the right direction health wise. And it allows one to participate at the level that is best for the individual. All the teacher and medical personnel so far have been very exceptional at what they do. I personally feel it would it would worth one's time and effort to participate in the Nudj program.
I enjoyed my appointment with Mollie. Mollie had alot of good health and nutrition information. I will enjoy working with Mollie.
