It's difficult to provide completely objective input, as the entire subject of how to deal with emotional and physiological problems is inherently sensitive. I can say that she is friendly, approachable, and seems quite aware of the patient's (if that's the right term) background, symptoms, and potential pathways to helpint. That said, I'm still unsure if I shall, or should, take her recommendation(s) and move forward.
