Southwest Orthopedic Group, LLP, is a premier practice of nine renowned orthopedic surgeons serving the greater Houston area. SWOG has several convenient locations in and around Houston, including Baytown, Pearland, and Sugar Land, Texas, with physicians additionally available in Cyfair, Galveston, Humble, and Katy, Texas.

SWOG physicians treat general orthopedic conditions, but also specialize in more complex procedures, including spine surgery, total joint reconstruction, hand surgery, foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, and arthroscopic surgery.

SWOG physicians work with athletes and non-athletes. Each doctor works closely with their patients to determine the best treatment for their injury or condition.

I’ve been going to Dr Gable for many years, and absolutely love him and his staff. Yesterday was the first time I was not pleased w the service I received. I waited longer than I ever had. Dr. Gable was dismissive and spent all of about 5 minutes with me, half of which was spent talking into his phone making voice notes like I wasn’t even there. He interrupted me when I was trying to describe my symptoms. I left feeling like I had not truly been evaluated and diagnosed. I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere and will not be returning.

Dr.Scott was very kind and listened to my concerns. The company failed to send him all the details but we filled in the areas. It was a workers comp case. Aside from him being 51 miles away that was my only negative i have to say . Accident happened 18 months ago and my own doctor, after 4 times of retearing my tendon, finally got a good mri . Im worried that it may retear in the future i am currently satisfied in this treatment. If surgery would have been provided in the first 3 months my recovery and overall health would be in much better shape .
