What I like the most about Dr. Fradlis aside from her being an excellent physician is her ability to listen to me thoroughly and explains everything so clearly and she gives options on what to do and I walk away from her and feel Show morehope which to me is so important especially when a not great diagnosis looms over me, I appreciate her so much and there is not a better doctor or person I could ever want. This was my first Video health appt. with Dr. Fradlis as a follow up to my office visit. She called me & helped me get online & connected ! I loved how she put my bloodwork results on the screen and went over them with me explainiShow moreng everything! I am still flabbergasted at this being the FIRST Doctor in my 56 years that looks WITH me at images, labs and has a real conversation! I feel so heard ! Similarly - Dale has been amazing at helping me navigate the patient portal & communication! ??KR

I really love this office. I feel like everything I am saying is being heard. Dr. Fradlis takes the time to listen and go over everything while you’re with her so that you understand. The receptionist is equally great. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and I can’t recommend this office enough.
