I’m a new patient to Dr. Nayyar and i already have a complain…. I received a text and a call for my appointment on 12-15-2021 at 8:00 am. I was told to be there 1/2 before my appointment weather was 30 degrees. I get there it waShow mores closed. There was 3 other people waiting to come in to. There staff in the office they could have let us on and wait in the waiting room. It was COLD. Dr. Mehta across the way opens at 8:00 am, they jet people go in and wait inside til receptionist starts letting you sign in. Once in she opens up and I was tge first one to sin in, I told why do you ask people to come in 1/2 hour before you open and let people come in to waiting room. I told its 30 degrees it’s not as if it was summer, spring or fall when temperatures are nice , I won’t mind waiting then but not in 30 degrees weather. She said she was responsible for that. I get called in and nurse puts in a room and I tell her the sane thing. She says she just came back and didn’t know anything tgat up front would know (another one not responsible for that at procedure. Thus us th only thing I didn’t like. Someone needs to look into this. Other then waiting out in the cold , my visit was nice
When I went in there doctor serdura I can't pronounce his name he didn't really know what file he had in front of him and me being the patient so it kind of got a little rough at 1st cause I just told him look and you're sending oShow moreut red flags by not knowing my case you've seen me once before this is a follow up and you're kind all over the map about who II am and why I'm here so that was definitely disturbing to me played disturbing to me and found that you know he sat down and opened up my file looked at my knee from with the mri that I had It was not as pleasant as I hoped regarding regarding the doctor not really knowing they knowing who I was what I was therefore and even bothering to pull up my MRI on the screen there I ask him to do it

Staff is nice doctor is gentle when getting a shot. He tries to help me with my pain in my knees but I know everything is torn in there. One day I might give in to surgery but not soon.. hopefully therapy will work his sending me too thank you I recommend other patients to come.

First I have to start my experience with prior surgeries. Dr Parmar is actually my spinal surgeon. Who by the way is amazing with a very blessed hands. When it came that I needed orthopedic services I asked Dr Parmar who he could refer. So that is how I came to Dr Surdyka. So after my initial visit, I was very pleased with how courteous, straightforward, and very professional while still maintaining that feeling of understanding and compassion. I do look forward to the future appointments I will have and at this point I am very trusting with his ability to perform the needed services. At this point I would recommend Dr Surdyka four orthopedic needs. Hopefully I will get the chance to leave an updated review after my surgery.
