She checked my ears and removed wax, then assessed my heShow morearing aids and prepped them for shipping for microphone repair . Spent a long time with me answering my numerous questions, thoroughly explaining about my hearing aids and reprogramming them for me.
It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. Dr. Gonzalez was awesome, friendly, courteous, professional and fun all rolled into one. Due to my limited SSDI income my funds are limited. She stayed within limits and didn’t try to oversell or embarrass me to buy hearing aids I clearly cannot afford. I highly recommend her and her office team!!!
