She checked my ears and removed wax, then assessed my heShow morearing aids and prepped them for shipping for microphone repair . It was my first time at this office. I walked in and was greeted by Karen Knapp office manager. She had a big smile and was so polite. She notified Audiologist Diana Gonzalez that I was there with paperwork completed. Diana came oShow moreut in about 5 minutes. She took me to the room for my hearing test. She went over the results in detail I was so impressed with her. I would recommend her office to anyone that may have any hearing issues.

I can’t say enough about Diana. She’s amazing!! I had went to see someone else before I saw her. From the minute I met her she was so willing to help me. Diana explained how my hearing aids worked in detail. I definitely would highly recommend her. In fact I have a friend who called her and made an appointment to see her.
Diana is awsome she takes time with each patient and makes sure your taken care.
She is very personal and professional. She made sure that my needs were met.

CT Ears and Diana Gonzalez are phenomenal. Everything is explained as to what happens for the hearing test and for your hearing aids.
Dr. Gonzalez was awesome, friendly, courteous, professional and fun all rolled into one. Due to my limited SSDI income my funds are limited. She stayed within limits and didn’t try to oversell or embarrass me to buy hearing aids I clearly cannot afford. I highly recommend her and her office team!!!
