I love Dr George! His knowledge and treatment have changed my life. He has good interpersonal skills and is attentive to my issues. Approximately 4 years ago I was in a Wheel chair because of my discs in Lumbar spine. I could onlShow morey stand for the most 3 to 5 minutes. I cried all the time because of the severe pain I experienced when I stood. For the past few years, he has given me injections into my back and it is like a miracle. Didier Demesmin, MD, MBA, is an interventional pain medicine physician who is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He is the medical director and founder of the University Pain and Spine Center, with offices throughout New Jersey.
Dr. Demesmin earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he received the prestigious award for Academic Excellence in Anesthesiology. He completed an interventional pain medicine fellowship program at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons/Mount Sinai Morningside in New York City.
Dr. Demesmin is affiliated with some of the most well-respected hospitals in Central New Jersey. His affiliations include Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, JFK Medical Center, Somerset Medical Center, and Saint Peter’s University Hospital, where he is the director of pain medicine. Dr. Demesmin is a member of the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects in Research Institutional Review Board, where his responsibilities involve protecting the rights and welfare of patients involved in clinical research. He is also a member of the Saint Peter’s University Cancer Committee and aspires to develop a palliative care program at Saint Peter’s University Hospital.
Dr. Demesmin has lectured and conducted poster presentations internationally. His travels have taken him to the Italian Minimally Invasive Spine Conference in Rome, Italy, and the International Intradiscal Therapy Society in Toulouse, France, among other prestigious institutions. Dr. Demesmin also lectured and performed a live, minimally invasive discectomy as part of a seminar in Brazil. He has been a preceptor to college students, medical students, residents, and pain medicine fellows.

Surprised that none of the paperwork that feverishly work so hard to completed was Not even reviewed at my visit. I had so much more to say of the multiple symptoms and pain I was having. I had Hoped to get some relief then, but not that initial day. Otherwise, I look forward to working with Dr. Demesmin.
