Kiana and her team are always ready to get me in as soon as possible and are very responsive with a text or call when I reach out (which is important to me as I would not be reaching out if I were not in need) (and with a human being not some AI or chat assistant which is maddening especially when you are sick). Once seen I feel like the treatment is direct and effective. I would highly recommend Kiana Ruch.

Absolutely love Dr. Ruch. She takes time with her patients and really listens to what is going on. Dr. Ruch actually tries to figure out the underlying issues and not just hurrying you out of the office. I would recommend Dr. Ruch to everyone. She truly wants overall health and well being! Dr. Ruch is exceptional. She has a broad scope of practice with an outstanding bedside manner, she listens, and is very thorough. I've been seeing her as my primary for over a year and couldn't be happier. The office staff is great too. Never a wait, they manage their time efficiently. Plus, I can get all my blood work done there in the office if she wants to run blood test. The follow through with test results is also always delivered in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Ruch is the best! She is always very personable and knowledgeable about the questions I have. She's very encouraging. She takes the time to explain things very clearly. She always makes certain I understand what we have discussed. I know if I have questions regarding anything after I have left my appointment I can contact the office and she'll get back to me very quickly.
