This was my first time bringing my daughter to this pediatrician. The front desk was amazing and had my insurance and registration ready. The MA and nurses where great and friendly, and the provider as well, gave me great informatShow moreion. Everything was great until the very end at check out. The provider told me I could get my daughters school excused from the check out desk, the young lady did even great, looked at me with a nasty attitude and was like what do you need, and said I’m sorry they told me to get the doctor excuses from her, she has such a nasty attitude, and was breathing angry and horrible attitude when asking the spelling of my daughters names, seem she got more upset when she thought both my daughter had same last name and gave me a judgmental look when I told they didn’t have a same last name.
I appreciate the attention he gave to my concerns. He listened and advised me on what steps I need to take for my son. And he assured me that if I had any questions after this visit he would be happy to address. I've been with thiShow mores office for 28yrs.
With more than 20 years of experience in pediatrics, W. David Hammad, MD, serves children and adolescents in Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout Fulton County at Old Fourth Ward Pediatrics.
Dr. Hammad grew up in Lebanon and France. He began his medical education at the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Hammad moved to the United States and did his training in pediatrics at Case Western University in Cleveland. He subsequently completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Hammad is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and specializes in general pediatrics. He has a special knack for helping children with infectious diseases and dermatological issues. Dr. Hammad speaks English, French, and Arabic fluently, allowing him to serve Atlanta’s diverse population.
