I received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1997 and a master’s degree in family psychiatric mental health nursing from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2010. I have worked in every area and level of care in psychiatry for over 20 years. My practice is evidence-based built on the foundation of my education which focused on how to assess research in order to understand and effectively utilize it in practice. I work collaboratively and want to provide as much education so you are a partner in your child’s psychiatric care.
Hello! I'm Andrea, born and raised in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. As the oldest in a large family, early on, I was witness to the intricacies of mental health both within my family and in the broader community. This exposure instilled in me a deep-seated passion for understanding the human mind and helping individuals navigate their challenges.
Over the years, I've armed myself with academic and practical knowledge. I am proud to hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, supplemented with advanced training in integrated health care practices. I'm also a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida, and I provide coaching services both domestically and internationally. Currently, I'm broadening my horizons further with an MBA at the University of California, Los Angeles.
In 2020, I founded Dreavita. What began as a private practice quickly transformed into a beacon of hope and healing in the mental health space. My work in telehealth since 2021 has opened new avenues to reach and support those in need, which prompted me to step away from a telehealth directing position recently to focus solely on Dreavita.
The accolades I've received, including the Orlando Woman of the Year in 2021 and Los Angeles Woman of the Year in 2022, are testaments to our collective efforts at Dreavita. But beyond these awards, my vision for Dreavita remains clear: to offer progressive, inclusive wellness services that foster emotional healing and a deep sense of belonging.

Miguel De La Mora, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a University of Texas-trained board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner practicing at Bellevue Psychiatry, which has locations in Kennewick, Vancouver, Bellevue, and Kirkland, Washington.
Dr. De La Mora graduated from The University of Texas, Houston Health Science Center with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a specialty in psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry clinical rotations at UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, Psychiatry of Texas, Synapse Psychiatry, and Turning Point Psychiatry. Dr. De La Mora believes true long-term health happens when we use many tools at the same time, which include medications, psychotherapy, sleep hygiene, adequate nutrition, sufficient exercise, social connection, and mindfulness techniques. He uses these tools and many other evidence-based interventions to bring happiness, enthusiasm, resilience, and optimism to the lives of his patients and their loved ones.
Dr. De La Mora’s philosophy is to treat the root cause affecting his patients’ lives, not just symptom management. His goal with each patient is to help them reach their full potential and thrive in every facet of their lives. He treats patients with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction, substance abuse, and weight loss.
Dr. De La Mora grew up on a family farm in the Yakima Valley. He found his way to Texas for career and educational opportunities. He knew after completing his studies in Houston, he would return to Washington state to help treat patients, and enjoy all the great things Washington has to offer. When he is not helping patients, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
