Sandy Hong, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at AG Psychiatry in Little Elm, Texas. She brings more than 17 years of diverse nursing experience to the team and has been practicing as a PMHNP since 2021. Her approach to mental health care is rooted in empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting each patient’s unique journey toward healing and wellness.
Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in both science and public health. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, in May 2006. She then pursued a Master of Public Health from Missouri State University, graduating in May 2013. Passionate about advancing her role in patient care, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University College of Nursing in December 2014. She later achieved a Master of Science in Nursing through the PMHNP program at Cox College of Nursing in May 2021.

Krishnendu Ghosh, MD, is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He sees patients at AG Psychiatry located in Frisco and Little Elm, Texas. With over 16 years of various clinical experience, Dr. Ghosh has established a reputation for providing personalized, evidence-based care to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, and related mental health issues.
Dr. Ghosh received a medical degree from Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine in Nepal, before completing residency training in psychiatry at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. He also serves as an assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
At AG Psychiatry, Dr. Ghosh offers a range of evidence-based treatments for varied mental health disorders, including medication management and psychotherapy. Bri Flowers completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Tarleton State University and her Masters of Science at the Texas Tech University. She began her career at John Peter Smith hospital as an RN in the Psychiatric Emergency Center and has additional experience in critical care and the emergency department. Over the years, she has worked with many diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Bri is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and enjoys giving back to the community that she is a part of. She offers secular, evidenced based treatment and is passionate about helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her children.
Akunna is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working as a registered nurse and has over 20 years of experience in specialties such as med-surg, home care and orthopedic care in addition to psychiatry. Akunna received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Regis College, Boston Massachusetts. Akunna has a passion rooted in bringing mental health care to those in need of support from a warm, empathetic, and compassionate provider. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, spend time outdoors and workout.
