The practice focuses on thoughtful medication management and evidence-based treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression, attention-related concerns, PTSD, and more. Symptoms like low energy, difficulty concentrating, constant worry, mood changes, and feeling overwhelmed can make it hard to function and feel like yourself. While we encourage healthy habits like quality sleep, balanced nutrition, movement, and meaningful connection, we understand that many people benefit from additional support through psychiatric medication.

Edward O. Oladipo, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC, began his mental healthcare career over a decade ago. With extensive expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care, he provides comprehensive psychiatric mental health services across the lifespan. Passionate about promoting therapeutic interventions, he focuses on reducing reliance on controlled medications and mitigating clinical addiction.
Edward approaches each case by understanding the unique aspects of each patient and crafting treatment plans tailored to their specific diagnosis and needs. By integrating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, he avoids a one-size-fits-all approach, instead concentrating on the patient's history, personality, and condition intricacies. Emphasizing safety, he recognizes that each person's journey to mental wellness is unique. His treatment plans are customized roadmaps, considering the patient's strengths, challenges, and preferences.
My core approach to care begins with the unique story each patient needs to tell. When you arrive there is a comfortable waiting room with plants and music playing. Treatment with me is based on a collaborative effort between me and my patients. I begin each relationship with a comprehensive two hour psychiatric evaluation, that includes a full medical history as well. I also focus on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating during that evaluation. At the end of the consultation, there is open discussion about treatment options. If a patient has an existing therapist, a release form is signed so there can be ongoing confidential communication between providers. At all times patient confidentiality is held sacred and absolutely necessary for successful treatment. During my time in practice I have always been a staunch advocate for my patients, particularly in the area of insurance denials. I am equally passionate about patient education.
