My treatment philosophy emphasizes a whole-person approach. While medication can be an important tool, I also incorporate therapy, lifestyle strategies, and wellness supports into treatment planning. I take time to build meaningful rapport, understand the unique challenges my patients face, and create tailored care plans that support both immediate relief and long-term growth. Dr. Ifeanyi Olele is a Board-Certified psychiatrist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other common mental health conditions, offering individualized care to patients in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area. Dr. Olele completed his undergraduate studies in Psychobiology at the University of California Los-Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Olele received a medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) along with an MBA in Health Services Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Medical Science from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
