Harish Goyal, MD is a psychiatrist providing care to older adolescents, adults and elderly patients in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Dr. Goyal completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of North Dakota, Fargo where he served as the chief resident in 4th year of his residency. He was elected for Alpha Omega Alpha honor society based on trustworthiness, knowledge, proficiency in doctor-patient relationship, caring attitude towards patients. Beltta G. Tachi, DNP, is an Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist at Fidelity Behavioral Health. Dr. Tachi provides high-quality care to all patients at the offices of Greenbelt and Beltsville, Maryland. She sees patients virtually via Telehealth.
Education and learning have always been of importance to Dr. Tachi. In May 2009, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 from Prince George's Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland.
While studying for her Masters in 2018, Dr. Tachi completed Aspen Day treatment LLC Psychiatric Mental Health Internship Outpatient under a psychiatrist's supervision, providing psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric care to adults, children, and families with mental illness disorders.
In 2019, she received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Addison, Illinois.
From February through May 2019, she fulfilled a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner Internship Outpatient under the supervision of Dr. Atlener-Artis-Trower, a Licensed Psychiatrist. She provided comprehensive assessments of all members within the family, applied the appropriate interventions as needed, and utilized literation to provide evidence-based care.
Later in 2019, she achieved her Master's in Nursing Science, PMHNP-BC, at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Anandraj (Andy) Mattai, MD, is a psychiatrist and founder of Innovative Psychiatry, LLC, in Columbia, Maryland. With an exceptional bedside manner and years of experience in his field, Dr. Mattai provides top-tier psychiatric care using the latest testing methods and treatment strategies.
Dr. Mattai excelled in school and graduated summa cum laude from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, before attending the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He then completed his psychiatric residency at Creighton University and the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, both in Omaha, Nebraska.
After completing his residency training, Dr. Mattai pursued a clinical fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, where he served as an investigator on several studies. He has also since held various positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently a drug development consultant.

Kimberly is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with several years of nursing experience behind her. She has worked in the field of psychiatry in both inpatient and outpatient settings dealing with patients suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Kimberly sees patients ranging from young adults to the geriatric population. She currently provides consulting work at Holy Cross Hospital in Germantown and has been with Innovative Psychiatry since 2017.

Madison received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland in Public Health Science. Ms. Antwi has over 7 years’ experience in nursing that include medical surgical, correctional and psychiatric/mental health nursing. Her psychiatric experience includes providing services in psychiatric emergency rooms, inpatient populations and with incarcerated individuals. This work has helped her to develop her perspective on the challenges individual face, and how she can best engage patients/ clients in wellness care. Ms. Antwi attended the University of Rhode Island where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later attended Walden University for her Master of Science in Nursing and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her goal is to encourage each patient to take care of their mental health by discussing it in a way that eliminates the stigma attached to seeking help. Her mission is to provide quality care in a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
