Dr. Lefkowits has served as a senior consultant and coach for the Federal Leadership Institute, conducts fitness for duty evaluations for corporate clients, holds a Top Secret (Tier 5) clearance, and is a former Sports Psychologist at the University of Maryland Sports Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology and a nationally recognized forensic psychologist.
Dr. Stephanie Binter is licensed clinical psychologist. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and a certification in neuropsychology. Dr. Binter conducts a variety of neurological and psychological testing, including forensic assessments and general mental health assessments to aid in the differential diagnosis. Dr. Binter completes fitness for duty evaluations as well as evaluations to assess the impact of mental health concerns on treatment and prognosis following spinal stimulator and bariatric surgeries. Dr. Binter is experienced at using telehealth to provide the therapeutic interventions.

Beltta G. Tachi, DNP, is an Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist at Fidelity Behavioral Health. Dr. Tachi provides high-quality care to all patients at the offices of Greenbelt and Beltsville, Maryland. She sees patients virtually via Telehealth.
Education and learning have always been of importance to Dr. Tachi. In May 2009, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 from Prince George's Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland.
While studying for her Masters in 2018, Dr. Tachi completed Aspen Day treatment LLC Psychiatric Mental Health Internship Outpatient under a psychiatrist's supervision, providing psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric care to adults, children, and families with mental illness disorders.
In 2019, she received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Addison, Illinois.
From February through May 2019, she fulfilled a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner Internship Outpatient under the supervision of Dr. Atlener-Artis-Trower, a Licensed Psychiatrist. She provided comprehensive assessments of all members within the family, applied the appropriate interventions as needed, and utilized literation to provide evidence-based care.
Later in 2019, she achieved her Master's in Nursing Science, PMHNP-BC, at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Tachi is Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified and licensed as a Registered Nurse both in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is licensed to prescribe in Maryland with MAT waiver.

Errol Segall, MD, is a psychiatrist specializing in general psychiatry, psychopharmacology, addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders at Northern Virginia Psychiatric Group in Fairfax, Virginia.
After graduating from Columbia University in New York City, Dr. Segall earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.
