With over 16 years of various clinical experience, Dr. Ghosh has established a reputation for providing personalized, evidence-based care to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, and related mental health issues.
Dr. Ghosh received a medical degree from Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine in Nepal, before completing residency training in psychiatry at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. He also serves as an assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Sandy Hong, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at AG Psychiatry in Little Elm, Texas. She brings more than 17 years of diverse nursing experience to the team and has been practicing as a PMHNP since 2021. Her approach to mental health care is rooted in empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting each patient’s unique journey toward healing and wellness.
Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in both science and public health. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, in May 2006. She then pursued a Master of Public Health from Missouri State University, graduating in May 2013. Passionate about advancing her role in patient care, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University College of Nursing in December 2014. She later achieved a Master of Science in Nursing through the PMHNP program at Cox College of Nursing in May 2021.

Akunna is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working as a registered nurse and has over 20 years of experience in specialties such as med-surg, home care and orthopedic care in addition to psychiatry. Akunna received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Regis College, Boston Massachusetts. Akunna has a passion rooted in bringing mental health care to those in need of support from a warm, empathetic, and compassionate provider. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, spend time outdoors and workout.

Shayla Buckler, DNP, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Clinical Professor of Nursing with over 20 years of experience in clinical, academic, and leadership roles. She provides personalized psychiatric medication management to adolescents and adults using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on mental health and substance use disorders.
She conducts comprehensive assessments, manages psychotropic medications, and collaborates with therapists and healthcare providers to create individualized treatment plans. Her work includes psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and supporting community integration, while promoting best practices and medication safety.

Dr. Medhat Guirguis obtained his medical diploma from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC), Lubbock, and for fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, where he received fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry.
Dr. Guirguis has been a psychiatrist for more than ten years. He has worked in different clinical settings and held various administrative positions include the medical director of the geriatric unit at Terrell State Hospital and the Clerkship Director of psychiatry at TTUHSC.
Dr. Guirguis is Board certified in Adult General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. He is adept in diagnosing and managing various mental disorders in both adults, and older adults include all types of dementia. He provides comprehensive and individualized care for his patients. He is trained in all areas of adult psychiatry, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders.
Chima Asikaiwe, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with subspecialty training in geriatric psychiatry at Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services. He provides all his patients in Garland, Texas, with holistic and whole-person care.
Dr. Asikaiwe has over 15 years of experience caring for patients with psychiatric and psychological disorders. He helps patients manage depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar, mood, sleep, and other psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Asikaiwe also treats children with psychiatric disorders, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, and autism. Psychotherapy treatment is available when necessary.

Cecilia Chanda, DNP, PMHNP, is a dedicated and board-certified nurse practitioner at Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services in Garland, Texas. A natural-born leader, Cecilia motivates healthcare teams to provide patients with outstanding care.
Education is important to Cecilia. She began her studies at Prince George Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland, obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Next, she completed the Practical Nursing Program at the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) in Washington, D.C., and in 2021 Cecilia achieved her Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As a licensed registered nurse, Cecilia has worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Baltimore, Maryland, HCR Manor Care in Roseville, Maryland, and Christian Care in Mesquite, Texas. She gained experience as a PMHNP at SPC Senior PsychCare (SPC Health) in Houston, Texas, and Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services.
She’s held numerous contracts, including an enterprise staffing contract with Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas, and a travel nurse contract at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano Emergency Room (Presby Plano Emergency Room) in Plano.
In addition to being a Registered Nurse Licensed in Texas, Cecilia holds numerous certifications, including ENPC Certificate, ACLS Certificate, CPR, BLS Certificate, IV Certified, and NIHSS Certificate.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In addition to treating patients, he is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he regularly publishes his research and studies in scholarly journals. Dr. Cohen is a Dallas resident who enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family when he is not working.
