I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC) with 13+ years of experience in healthcare, 3.5 years as a psychiatric NP, and have advanced Functional Medicine training under Dr. James Greenblatt specifically around functional psychiatry and mental health. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, brain fog, burnout, and fatigue.
My approach is different. I combine traditional psychiatric care with root cause investigation — looking at nutrient status, gut health, inflammation, metabolic function, and more. I prescribe medication when appropriate AND figure out why your brain is struggling in the first place.
